(Hey, I want to kill you, but I don't want to kill you that badly.  The crystals will remain strictly as "theoretical game mechanics" rather than "obscure lore tie-in.")

Combat

Harvey quickly hits the safety on his laser rifle before dropping it and switching to his shotgun to conserve battery power.  He fires a burst into the torso of the strange bug gremlin on top of Ms Martin.  Ms Tasilvinadr strikes at the bugremlin that had leaped onto her, missing repeatedly as it continues bashing at her, dealing 4 damage.

Meanwhile, Carl is holding his bugremlin at bay while watching Ms Martin, unable to help her as his hands are already full.  His worry proves unnecessary, as she shoots a blast straight through the bugremlin nearest Harvey, splattering its innards across the nearby jungle.  The bugs waste no time and assail the heated corpse.

The bugremlin impaled on Carl's blade squirms closer to him, ignoring the pain of the blade, just so it can smack him in the face for 3 damage.

Point blank the one on the blade with my shotgun.

Kill the one on my blade. Perhaps just shake it hard, ripping the blade through it.
If possible, then grab the gremlin on Selina and pull it off her. If possible, then skewer the last gremlin.

((There isn't one on Selina though, just like to point that out. The two remaining alive are on Serena and Carl.))
