Actually, I'm fairly certain you're busy healing up all the cut-and-bruised henchmen and minions around town.  Also, do bear in mind that you're still fairly new in town, it'll take some time to get accustomed.

I should probably reiterate that you're dead.  As in, dead-dead.  You were one of the two cultists who melted when the mausoleum was full, so instead of being carefully preserved and stored for future resurrection, you guys were just thrown out with the trash.
