Thread title updated. I will soon have semi-limited-but-regular internet access. I probably won't go on the server, but I can organize things.

Edit: Also, if someone gives me a list of government members, I can add it to the OP.

My connection crapped out last night..:
I left the 40 obby i mined with Hugo in a chest next to the afk machine I built in front of the circus tent.

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.

I have infiltrated the world.

The land is stark, bear of trees and of most vegetation. But there signs of civilizations abounding. Forgotten fortresses, farms of great length and size. From the farms I stole a meager portion of wheat and ran. With the wheat, I made bread. And with Bread, I had food. Currently, I'm hiding in some nook and cranny of a wall searching for some kind of safety from the bitter rain. I listen for animals. Anything really. I hear a chicken nearby, but I fear to go outside and hunt it for feathers. It is now night and I would scarcely be caught out a night like this. I dig, but in vain as the land seems barren of ore. I shall go out when it is light again and try my luck once more.

By chance, I found a sapling. I hope that it serves me well; a seed of hope in this lonesome land.

I've also struck an aquifer it seems... Dwarfdom ho!

Monsters are greatly reduced for lag reduction, so night isn't quite as dangerous.

Hm. Well that explains the lack of monsters out and about. Kind of makes finding squid a massive nuisance though. Perhaps I won't be able to get writing.

This is a good idea. As long as people don't figure out we're from Bay12, it wouldn't be necessary, but is it a risk worth taking?

Also, booo busyness. No minecrafts for me, still. :(

In these dangerous times, we must grab ahold of all the lads we can in order to whether against these bandits and brigands. Though the peak raiding period looms dangerously close, we must at least give them some place of refuge. If we're feeling haughty, we could go after the lesser raiding party before the professionals get on, but that would leave is in a poor position if we don't get out of it less then flawlessly, and bring up unneeded attention to our location.

Also, I suggest we remove our "dead end" signs in order to make navigating through our tunnels hellish for any would be invaders.

They have a new place for the moment, But I'm hoping something can be worked out, Soapbucket has many enemies and the people on the server really does a good job of punishing griefers amongst the normal community.

They have my sword. I was already planning to spend a  fraction of my (considerable) fortune to buy a suit of Protection IV Unbreaking III armor, so I can hold my own.
