Then our mission is clear.

We must casually ask in chat who has a horse and where did they find it. But we don't want to know where to find horses, we want to know who has them and figure out where they live.

Then we must sneak into their compound, hope they have at least 2 horses, feed them a golden carrot to make them reproduce, wait for the offspring to grow, tame the new horse, saddle it and ride it back home, without anyone ever knowing. Horse-breeding heist!
+1 As that is an over the top, crazy dwarf plan

Can't you just steal their horses?

I'm not sure.

What I do know is that if you did the plan, that would be considered stealing. Also, if stealing horses is allowed, I can guarantee that finding horses will be nearly impossible.

So no, I don't think it's allowed.

So, here's an idea. How abouts we set up some times so that we can do some things as a group, update the OP to reflect projects that we need to do now, and decide how we want to go about being on this server.

Sound good?

I try to keep the OP updated. If you want something updated, tell me.

We have something scheduled for next Friday. We could also set up something else for this weekend.

We've got blaze rods. We've got a wheat farm, and a tiny potato farm. (FYI, people, use fortune pickaxes to harvest potatoes and carrots.) We've made a grinder, and gotten sheep and cows.

Pardon me if I sound a bit aggressive/annoyed there, but I really haven't seen anyone on lately, at least when I've been on, so I'm just hoping that pushing for more organization will help with that.

Now I don't know how that fancy fortune cookie pickaxes you speak of work, I'm just a simple guy, so I went ahead and built an auto water-harvesting farm for us. I had to borrow 2 redstone. 1 for a piston, 1 for a dispenser to see if I could cheat flowing water out of it (couldn't).

It's small for now, but it can be expanded all the way down in alternating directions.

Gonna start scouting out a walkway under the ocean to the road so that we can move about easier. I'll see how easy it is to get lost in the branch mines.

It's not that easy to get lost, so long as you know the coords. Just follow a branch down to about level with the base on one axis, and you'll find one on the other axis. Then follow that one back.

Is this still alive? I have almost all of this weekend and the next wide open.

Even if you found a suitable opening, I doubt it would prove all too satisfying. And it might leave some nasty wounds, depending on the moral high ground's geology.

Got myself there, and promptly fell in a hole. I have no blocks, so I guess I won't be getting a jumpstart.
