Kevin wasn't quite convinced. He didn't have any real evidence to the contrary, so he didn't push the subject much. He calmed down a little when the shouting stopped in the room and reduced the size of his power immunity rune. (1 point)

"Hm, I trust you guys," he half lied. to the PRT officer "but it doesn't exactly make me feel safe being treated here when stuff like that happens."

Then Sliver shouted out the door another explanation he didn't buy. Were there blaster sounds or gun shots? The fact that he had to do it in the first place meant that the whole facility wasn't compromised yet.
