You quickly rip off your pants and shirt - detaching your chain in the process, although it was falling past you already so it didn't accomplish much - and pull out the needle and thread you keep on you for just such an emergency situation. As you pass mere inches from the nearby platform dangling under the balloons, you set to work fashioning a crude parachute. You've built up quite a bit of speed by the time to finish, but as you hold it above your head your speed slows significantly, and you you spot some sort of aerial carnival below with both a big ball pit and a large lagoon feature, both of which would make for a good landing. Unfortunately, you have trouble deciding which to go for, and split the difference, landing on hard pavement instead. A security guard points at you and yells "You! Where's your ticket!?"

HFS - Try and remove chain.

You cannot remove the chain, as wolfchild is clinging to you far too tightly for you to move. You do see a brief glimpse of a terrified face shooting upwards through the still open hatch though.

You successfully prevent HFS from acting. You hear a scream from behind you rapidly approach and then fade.

You reach out and grab at the ropes of the giant balloon as you go by, your fingers clamping tightly, and your arms stretching under the force and weight. Stretching a foot, four feet, a dozen feet... and then suddenly there's a flash, and the weight has dissipated. Your arms, taught as elastics, have reached what you suspect is the edge of their stretchiness, and you pull with all your force. A quite significant amount of force, it turns out - you go up so quickly and with so much force that you lose the grip, flying up, up, past the ship you came out of, screaming and laughing as you shoot through the sky like a rocket. Towards the top of your jump, you reach out, catching on the undercarriage of a fancy looking zeppelin, and catch your breath for a moment. That was AWESOME.
You have discovered a special enhancement! Your arms contain powerful coiled springs that allow them to stretch to great lengths and return with enormous amounts of force.

The door is locked, sadly. You couldn't get through it anyway since you're chained to wolfchild, who's currently clinging to HFS. You should really just pick a portal to go through. You aren't making much progress here at all.

Cheesecake - Become Xantalos
Rolls a... 5
Suddenly, Cheesecake shimmers and disappears. In his place is XANTALOS. Cheesecake has survived indefinitely by being locked in XANTALOS's extradimensional prison! He loses! XANTALOS has entered the game! The anklets went with Cheesecake, and thus all three falling players have been freed!

You are currently falling through open sky past a platform held aloft by ballons with a tree on it. Whoop, there goes that platform. There's a bunch more floating everywhere though, a pirate ship with big mechanical wings, a big circular wave pool with like thirty rotors around the edge tilting it back and forth to generate the waves, what appears to be a huge skycar lot (held aloft by balloons) and the carnival someone else seems to be heading towards with their parachute.

There is no one to climb on top of, as you are currently in open sky. And you are not chained to anyone.

Ah then.

Remove chain and whip it at something to try to grab on a la Spider-Man, only with a chain.
