(To the tied-up nondescript guy) "Why?"

"I don't know. I was just told to." The figure shrugs.

"Illusion magic detected. Scanning."

ICARUS attempts to discern if any of the Nimues stands out from the others with her scanners. She then proceeds to stab the most suspicious one, or a random one if none stand out.

[MIND: 93 + 15] ICARUS discerns that only one of the Nimues seems to be casting a shadow. She then proceeds to stab that one.

[44 vs. 47] Miss! ICARUS's target twists out of the way at the last minute, barely avoiding the blade.

Bismuth tries to weed out the real (or at least physical?) Nimue by sensing the iron content in her blood. Then stab her, hopefully.

[MIND: 99 + 12] Bismuth focuses on the real Nimue by detecting the metals in her body. Coincidentally, it's the same one that ICARUS was attacking.

[40 vs. 58 - 10] Miss! Nimue also step-steps Bismuth's sword, smiling wickedly. "Two verses one and you still can't hit me? Terrible."

Sen attempts to dispel the illusion magic with her Black Mass. If that fails she uses her Book of Binding to seal the fog. If that fails she continues to watch the battle outside of attack range in the air.

[MAG: 22 + 15] Sen's Black Mass doesn't seem to do against against the Nimue images. Or the fog. Or anything in particular, really. At least none of the enemies seems to have noticed her... Yet.

Tobias attacks one of the figures that attacked him with his shadow!

[37 vs. 26] Hit! 34 damage! The figure's shadow leaps up and entangles its legs, punching it in the gut. The figure wheezes, though recovers quickly.

Punch another figure.

[33 vs. 32] Hit! 158(!) damage! Neferis socks a figure in the head, causing it to go flying off into the fog. The person's body stumbles around for a few seconds before collapsing.

Charge!

[39 vs. 38] [32 vs. 32 - 10] [18 vs. 28 - 20] [35 vs. 31 - 30] 4 Hits! 44 + 16 + 40 + 2 damage! Four of the figures charge at ICARUS, tearing into her armour with their knives.

[22 vs. 26] [27 vs. 24 - 10] [24 vs. 33 - 20] [28 vs. 30 - 30] 3 Hits! 4 + 6 + 28 damage! Bismuth has a slightly better time than ICARUS while being attacked, due to her tougher body.

[28 vs. 28] [26 vs. 29 - 10] 1 Hit! 16 damage! The two remaining figures rush Tobias, managing to inflict a couple minor wounds on him.

Blast these fools!

[47 vs. 26 - 40] Hit! 72 damage! The real Nimue blasts Bismuth with a bolt of electricity, while her illusionary forms shift and move and generally confuse anybody trying to find out who's who.

Bismuth is unperturbed, possibly because she's still in bloodlust mode. Also because she's made of solid bronze do you really think she gives a fuck she can barely even feel pain half the time.

She attempts to grab the real Nimue, to stop her from casting spells and maybe punch her in the face while she's at it.

Blossom manifests a pair of axes, throwing them... to the side of her target? Both of them look like they'll easily miss, up until they're actually past him, at which point they would arc inward past each other, quickly circling and wrapping him in chains.

((Meme's only interaction ever with Izzy was her saying "HI! Who you?" Not getting an answer, then offering her candy, still no answer, before just putting it next to her and walking off a bit sad. Izzy's only reaction was turning away from Meme, who is the most harmless person in the group! Izzy didn't say a word to her, so Meme just assumed she wasn't wanted around and left sadly as her illusion of nobody hating her was broken slightly.))

Selina nods, trying not to step on anything on the floor.
