<Even without vigilantism, your former power could have provided assistance. With sufficent power, it provides a remarkably tough building material, in fact, infinitely tough, and could be used to create prostheses, as demonstrated with you, that allow full functioning of the human body.

Simply because you did not use them in such a way, and they were not intended to be used in such a way, does not make it impossible.

And take for example, my power. 'severing'. On its face, it is purely destructive. It ends things, and that is all. However, though I cannot do it now, in theory it could be used for constructive things as well, even though it is more destructive than even your own former power. I could 'cut' a disease, curing it, or even cut the pattern that describes a cut, healing it.>

If they were to replace bodyparts, I would have had to have consciously control each one via magic input which is not remotely feasible. In addition to that, a significant amount of power is required to consolidate anything with it, mass production is simply impossible. Finally, there are doubtlessly kinds of magic far more suited to such roles than what I once possessed.>
