Sen is also a demon, so a lot of the Human limits aren't applicable to her. Yes, Sen is meant as a Utility based character. That is how I made her. How else would she be useful with all the other characters who are indestructible?

You misunderstand. I'm not saying that she shouldn't be able to have her power for fluff reasons. I'm saying that, from a game balance perspective, she's broken.
And let's assume that logic's applicable--and it is, if not to that extent. What does that imply for the balance of the rest of the game? "Everyone's OP, so I need to be too!"

That's the thing. Logic doesn't actually apply to a lot of the characters in the game. Yuri was able to seal and make a contract with a demon, having no previous experience doing so, and only read about how to do it. Kyle, despite being only 16 and having less than a highschool education, was able to make a high-tech, fully functional powersuit and an AI to help him operate it. Meme, a literal 5 year old catgirl, underwent asexual reproduction and created Mimi. Bismuth, who used to be a human male, used alchemy to transform into a metal woman made of bronze. Where's your logic at?

Overthrowing the Layar? Shit, sounds tempting. But that means a lot of the lore would have to be retconned. Like all the stuff with Ashley and the void gate.

Still, it's one of the few ways I'd like the reset idea, and it would be easy to not retcon it for Ashley, the void gate however... I don't even know.
