Well, I dare say that just having the book in your head does not mean you are actually effective at casting whatever is in them. Power comes with specialisation. You can be an extremely strong mage at one kind of magic, or a tinkerer in a dozen.

Sen however does gain the full understanding to use the magic. Once she absorbs a magic book, She has the abilitly to cast it at full strength. To limit that, I decided that to cast a spell at full strength, Sen needs a entity to act as a catalyst.

Alright. What strength are all the spells cast since at?

Let's see, the last I checked, A minor fire spell cast by Sen costs the same as a moderate spell cast by Nuriel. So I would say that the spells Sen casts are at 1/3 to 1/4 strength.
