Yup, just hang on, that gif seems to be screwing my processor on my iPad, I'll get up an action soon.

Strike my- with a- if this had any degree of realism I would laugh and just let you do it. But there is little, and so...

Repulse! 15 Str!

Oh dammit, my proto-strategy doesn't work, just noticed.

We need more things to use endurance with.

I know a Katana would just probably snap like a twig, but it is perplexicon.

Best that it would do is knock it out of your hand, really. Now, if it were an crystal katana...

Execute:
[R15:S7+2]
Derm:
[R15:S9]

Derm and Execute's blades flash out in a glint of steel and strike each other with a crisp ring of metal on metal, though the end result is nothing but a stinging in their hands.

ATTACK AND DEFENSE CANCELLED OUT!

Derm Acts!

Did I not get two extra dice?

Bonuses like that only last a turn before going away. I mean, really, it makes sense to have a bonus over a guy you just knocked off balance, but it doesn't really make sense to hold onto that bonus beyond when he's got his footing back and is now attacking you. Same thing with any bonus he gets too, though. Gotta use'em before you lose em.

You're talking about the +2 from winning a repulse, right? Not something else I'm missing?

Oh not this again.

Well, since it's my go, and this is still perplexicon, I spend my turn charging strength.

Hmm thats a thing that we could do. Rest for a turn. Gives a bonus to the next action. Alright, I'll go for it. Resting for a turn gives...oh, lets say +2 bonus dice to whatever stat is used during the next action or reaction.

Derm, seeing his opponent going all "GLORIOUS NIPPON STEEL" on him just plants his blade in the dirt and stands there, waiting.

Oh yeah, that thing I just did. *face palm*

Uhh, ok so yeah, you slapped his shit back and he gets -1 to any successes for his next reaction.

*Looks over offensive list*

Damn, I really should have gone with 30 str instead of 15 str 15 end. It can do everything endurance can and more.

I can still make this work, I think.

Strike his leg off! 15 endurance!

Derm:
[R15:S10]
Execute
[R11:6-1]
10-5=5

Derm Swings hard and low, taking Execute by surprise. The huge blade of his Zweihander catches Execute just below the left knee and hacks straight through with a wet crunch, leaving the leg dangling by nothing more then a bit of skin and muscle tissue as blood spurts from the stump. Execute screams and falls  to one knee, his once potent speed effectively halved and his life rapidly draining away.

At this point I feel I should mention that a combatant can, at any time, concede to their opponent and place their lives in the hands of the audience, here played by other posters who aren't in the fight. For the gladiator fun of it, of course.
