Get back to the VTOL! Take out Pizza the Hutt with extreme hostilities!

"Thanks! And we'll have to see about that!" Cromwell replied as he deflected bullets with his new found force powers.

Might as well chalk it up to Pathos.
As this point we might as well invoke interpretive dance and call it a day.

Snoop around inside the monolith to clues of the Great Beyond.

Because trying to stuff Fate/Whatever's engrish and the title of a 17th century book on statecraft into Pokemon syntax tends to make the content incomprehensible.

Heh, Pacific Rim is fucking AWESOME. Combat mechs are inbound for Xantalos in a single turn.
Oh my. The title was a bit...premature, but that still sounds rather ominous.

Is Xantalos, by any chance, something like a kaiju?

(No, he is not. He is a fusion of human and machine ( mostly machine). The Kaiju are total biological in nature, even though they were manufactured.)

That's technically an action, not a speech... Well it was only a matter of time before I had to write another scene of utter and horrifying perversion.

Hint: the one with guns wins.

(A 40K Imperator on steroids but with less guns.)

((Oh HELL yeah.
How many guns in proportion to a regular Imperator? How powerful are they/what type of gun are they primarily?
I can assume I'm about 75-150 meters tall then. How tall am I?))

(More like 500 metres tall. But you're still nothing compared to the building surrounding you. You have a bigass cannon or two, but in a fight your only real option would be to crush your foes.)

((Goddamn, you weren't kidding when you said Imperator Titan on steroids. I could crush any titan from 40k under my heel at that height.
Of course this is assuming I don't just transmit my personality to them via scrapcode hax.))

((If you really think about it though, I've no idea how the Jaegers were losing against the Kaiju. There was about one every month or so until the double event, and one Jaegersue killed 2 Cat 4's without being killed itself. Over 30 of the things should've curbstomped the things.))

(Just think for a second about how much training, how much work, materials and capital a single Jaeger would have been to build. Then think on how the kaiju were adapting, beating the Jaeger weapons. Finally consider how much trouble and time it would be to analyse the weapons of the kaiju after they were pounded into dust and then upgrade the Jaegers.)

((Dunno, dunno, dunno. However, there were 30 Jaegers and all the Kaiju seemed to focus on the one area (Ring of Fire) in the movie. If they can afford to build Jaegers they can afford to build a floating platform of some sort a few miles out from the Breach.
30 Jaegers + zerg rush each Kaiju = dead Kaiju.))

(Problem is, those kaiju were deep underwater, in zero visibility. Even thirty Jaegers would get curbstomped by an ambushing kaiju picking them off one by one.)

((They had motion tracker and the things were fairly obvious in their targets. Even if one got ambushed, the other 29 promptly dogpile the fucker and tear it to bits.
Sword mode, dontcha know.))

(That Sword Mode was freaking awesome. I kinda wish there was a Jaeger with a shield and sword. Actually, that entire thing annoyed me. They weren't really 'Hunters'; they weren't predators hunting the kaiju, they were defenders, warriors, giant mechanical knights.)
