Essentially, the game will work like this:

It'll have two phases, School and Mission.

During the School phase, you do most of your Rping, hanging out, doing your extracurricular and such, as well as any outings you want to plan that don't involve mission events. While in this thread, EVERYTHING is freeform, and unless someone calls bullshit, I'm gonna be pretty lenient about what goes down here, magic-wise, as long as it isn't too insane. School mostly exists mechanically to let people experiment and learn new spells that they can use in Missions.

During the Mission phase, the people on mission go out and beat the shit out of some bad guys, or do some other mission. This will take place in a tactics-like system, with stats, though they'll be rather light, I hope, and there won't be any skills or anything like that. When we go on the first mission, that OP will include how to stat up your character and stuff, and the particulars of combat will be explained in Mission 0 (basically orientation).
