For the record, as of now this fucker has no alliance, and is claiming that he is with RUKUNU.  Exact quote; "Hey fucker, offer white peace or Ill get my friends in RUKUNU to invade you asap."

Just so I have a small bit of evidence on my side;

Is Hanzoku still playing? I convinced the SAP player currently attacking them to stop if Hanzoku sends a communique and white peace and discusses terms or w/e. But if he is inactive I guess I should tell Syndrome because he would need to attack again to get out of the war if Hanzoku doesn't white peace.

I asked one of the RUKUNU guys in IRC if that guy was a member. He isn't.

Odd. Can you randomly get rebels for no reason? I've been at Developed, Unsinkable, Worshipped as a God for the entire game, and suddenly I got a tiny amount of rebels I had to squash. And then after that I dropped to Adored briefly for no discernable reason.

I thought it might be spies so I hired a couple of agents and tried hunting them 4ish times but nothing turned up.

Good luck I say. Just jumped to vietnam tech, have 90,000 elite troops, untapped manpower, and halfway to gas. Need to work on my mediocre air force but oil's been so expensive when I have spare cash. And my GDP is only 2500 so no big sharks can attack me.

Or have I horribly misunderstood and am wide open and need to jack my military up more quickly?

You should become a military junta so you can get air force boosting events that will save you like 10million cash.
