I found someone who has just hit 116GDP that I believe is inactive, so I started a war. If they ARE inactive, I will finish my invasion 22 hours and 56 minutes from now, and win the war (I already hit them down to 3k troops). I'll end up doing it right before the tic that would send me over 114 GDP, and I will have already spent all my money on humanitarian aid so my growth will be as high as I can get it.

edit: We also might want to see about trying to contact the major power in Africa and befriend them so we don't get curbstomped.

Nice, glad about the second one as I decided to join them due to accidentally not being in Africa. Currently at an altitude of 112GDP with a velocity of 4GDP/m, so should I raise my army to 15k the moment I hit 116? What time of day do months process?

I just actually found out that the restrictions on new accounts go away once you're over 110 GDP, or raise over 15K for your army. My bad. Rounds last twelve hours, so yeah.

Well i reduced my army to 14k in size,so my growth got to 8.QoL is Good.GDP is $127 million

Now at $141 with 0 growth, but I've got great stability+approval+quality of life so I'm not too worried. Evidently 5k troops on the defenders is little enough to win an invasion, just ruined some dictator's time. I'm planning on keeping growth steadily at 0 until I have a sizeable army to be proud of and be able to defend against pretty much anyone. Wish I could find an inactive western bloc country in my region, though.

Avoid attacking someone who is in an alliance. There's plenty of targets that are easier.
