Backup bombs.
And backup bombs for those. If everything else fails I'd have several robots like those used in Robot Wars ready to crack the tanks, and if those die I'll find a way to collapse the buildings.
How do you collapse a building without bombs?
Use the Space Asshole method.

I said it in the other thread, and I'll repeat it here. Those spent fuel basins aren't that dangerous. The Casks in which they're kept are strong enough whistand an explosion, and will contain the radioactive material for a long enough time to repair the basins. The radioactive decay doesn't produce nearly enough heat to melt the radioactive materials, let alone vaporize them. The only radioactive gasses would be vaporizing water, and the air. Cooling them back down would produce a significant amount of radioactive steam, but that isn't that much of  problem.

Danger of radioation is gravely overstated after all.

So well, all in all, it would be an incident on the scale of Tsernobyl. Which is fairly manageable. I mean, total area irradiated was limited, and After all, the total deaths of Tsernobyl incident, according to the WHO, are less than 10 000.

I have a feeling that this document you're basing yourself on was published by Greenpace, or some other "Green" organization.

The primary reason cracking open the isotopes for the Tejekov Nuclear Power Station could result in a scenario that's worse then Chernobyl is primarily because Tejekov is awful at maintaining nuclear power plants and it's even older then Chernobyl was, so the consquences could be even worse. Though I don't know much about nuclear power plants.

Are weapons easily available? If not, are things that can be made into effective weapons?

We could always go for the time-honored tactic of blowing shit up, preferably something symbolic or important to the government, and go from there. It would most likely lead to increased government control and violation of the rights of the citizens, creating dissent.
Remember, you have infinite resources and Tejekov is fairly easy to smuggle things into.

Cracking open the sole nuclear power plant Tejekov has in order to cause a Chernobyl style incident, destroying symbolic and important structures in order to create dissident as the government cracks down on the citizens to avoid further incidents. The latter would need to happen repeatedly to really piss off the Tejekovans, though.

World domination is a start.
Look at Tejekov's statistics in the main post.

You'd need to do a lot of work to get it fighting fit.

Assuming we have infinite resources? Hire many, many beautiful women. Use them to infiltrate the Glorious Leader's bedroom and then kidnap him. Use a cosmetically modified lookalike to take control and then modify things to how we want them.

How would you get this army of beautiful women past the palace's defenses, though? Beautiful women are quite noticible, to say the least.

Then you have to take into account the fact that some of the guards may be gay or female, or just plain asexual, and besides, it's entirely possible that they might just get shot at when they try to approach the gate. Being female and beautiful doesn't give you a free pass, even in Tejekov. Now, bribe money...

Tejekov power plant = Potato + Lemon juice + Nuclear bomb

That's what'd make it a challenge!

If Tejekov is based on Oceania, which is in itself Soviet Union + United States + England, aren't we just fighting a mix of all of those with the addition of Belarus?

It's basically Oceania without any of the competence.

Oh jeez.

What if we got a rock. A really big ass rock. And we dropped it on them? Hypothetically.

Or just offer to drop a lot of food on the impoverished masses, implying we may want their cooperation in overthrowing the regime?
