I'm pretty sure that nowhere in the game does it say where or to whom any of the six fallen who weren't the First Human or Frisk died.

The only real implications that we can gather are that they probably died to a lot of different monsters, if they died to monsters at all, since their gear is scattered as far back as the Ruins.

The game also implies that they were all, or at least mostly, children, since their gear is either distinctly childish, fits the child you play as, and because we know humans in general are a lot stronger than monsters and it's probable only children would be at all defeated by the monsters. Though, it could also be very possible that some of them died to other things like the environment, since we don't have much in the way of specifics, but the implication is generally that they were all slain.

It's important to note, though, that everyone who fell into the underground is strongly implied to be suicidal or otherwise unfit in the mind. Even way back before the First Human fell in the hole, everyone knew that anyone who went up Mt. Ebott never came back. It's possible that some of the humans may have even taken their own lives.

We have no proof that any of the others made it, especially given that the only gear we find in New Home is Chara's old locket and a knife that may or may not be hers depending on route. Asgore himself is super apprehensive about fighting, between being overly nice to Frisk, being easily swayed by Frisk's actions during the fight, and always giving Frisk a bit of 1hp mercy before finally ending it because he doesn't want to have to strike that killing blow.

All the evidence points to someone who's never fought a child with intent to kill before.

This has always been my take on it as well. It seems almost certain that one child never left the ruins at all (the Pretty Bow and Toy Knife are both found there), and the last item you can find is the Empty Gun, acquired at MTT Resort but originally found in the garbage dump and so could have come from anywhere. The rest are scattered across the Underground, often in out-of-the-way places. It's unlikely that Asgore, sweet guy that he is, hunted them all down; more likely, the other children were killed by other monsters, fell victim to traps, or simply perished for any number of reasons.

One wonders, with the toy knife and bow, if the traps in the ruins were perhaps once somewhat more deadly than the incarnation we see in the game. The traps as we know them now are completely harmless to anyone who doesn't literally throw themselves onto them, and that's not even counting the efforts Toriel goes through to protect Frisk.

Perhaps seeing that first little child claimed by a trap made Toriel put a great deal of effort into de-dangerifying the ruins. Maybe at one point pulling the wrong lever could have killed you, or pushing the wrong rock onto a switch.

You find the ribbon at the bottom of a pit. Perhaps those falls were much more dangerous before Toriel started putting piles of leaves from her tree down there.

Either that or Frisk has some really high ranks in Acrobatics. None of the later falls seem to hurt them either.

Frisk is never hurt by anything other than magic attacks directly to the SOUL. Either nothing in the game is physically dangerous, or Frisk's body is invulnerable thanks to Determination or something.

There is the theory that Frisk is the zombie of Chara's corpse. It's a silly theory, but it's not completely nonviable.

As far as we're aware, though, nothing in the game is physically dangerous. The falls all have some kind of padding at the bottom, the monsters all attack with magic or magical weapons, and from what I recall, you aren't even allowed to put Frisk into a scenario where their physical body is in peril.
