With everything settled, the group moves forward down the road. Wulf tries to recall if any military bases are anywhere close to the group's location. Most would be pretty far up state, but there was one near Columbus to the West. Fort Benning. It would take about one full day of walking to get to. Charles looks around the immediate area, but it looks as if there is nothing around except for road and shoulder grass.
After another half-hour of trekking, the party finally comes up to their destination. For the first time in a while, all of them witness structures, multiple stories high, born of concrete and brick that rise out of the ground. In the distances the party spots what look to be residential houses of the town. As they come closer, the group sees a crowd blocking the main road into the city, a crowd of undead rotting flesh. There's dozens of them creeping around, filling up the space between two buildings that surround the entrance road to the city. A decrepit metal sign on the road reads in white letters,
"Welc me to Americ s: Home of t e Windsor H tel." To the left is a narrower, cobblestone path that leads to some sort of neighborhood with small, squat homes and apartments. The cobblestone path seems virtually empty of zombies.
