Jarrod gets up, and walks over to the new guy with a grin on his face. He extends his hand.
"Thanks. You might have saved us some trouble. The name's Jarrod. You?"
"Damn, I wanted that one...."

hey Jerrod would you mind if I joined you I have been wondering around for fucking days trying to find a decent group all the others I have come across have looked like they might eat me. I have my gun and my general skills as a soldier to help you out.
Clair looks wary at the guy, but went with the optimist outlook

"Mr. Rand..." He extends his hand. "Thanks for just now. But wasn't that awfully risky? Say, you look like a soldier, what's happened to your unit?"
After some introductory dialogue, Wulf sort of De Facto's his way into the group.
In the meantime, Ben looks for a path to Americus.
