Yeah, it was actually arguments over gun calibers and whether or not we should support researching helicopters(with several design refinements thrown in)

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

But yes, UR's proposal(s) won. I think.

So, can someone just copy-paste UR's proposal, with all amendments that you guys added?

Yup, his got the most votes(though I'm happy he did include my torpedo boat+torpedo design)

Name: LBA-280
Number Of Engineers: 5
What It Is: A land based immovable large howitzer firing 280 mm rounds for defense of large cities and forts against advancing forces, and naval (if situated near coast) threats.

Weight: 87,360 lb (39,625.8 kg)
Length:  12.735 m (41 ft 9 in)
Barrel length: 12.006 (39 ft 5 in) L/50
Crew: 15? (guessing here.)
Shell:   650 lb (294.8 kg)
Calibre: 11 inches (280 mm)
Carriage: Static only
Elevation: -10 to +80
Traverse: 360
Rate of fire: 2 rpm
Muzzle velocity: 2860 ft/s (865 m/s)
Range: No bloody idea how to estimate this.
(may change caliber to 380mm or 420mm should that receive more support)

Pigeon
What is it: Light scout helicopter, with pilot and enough space to carry 150 kg cargo, or one gunner with TP-1 machinegun, should use mix of wood and light alloys for the hull.
8 novice engineers and metallurgist

TX-1
What is it: Basic level torpedo
1 novice engineer  (we'll use more engineers to create more advanced, later.)

WASP
What is it: Torpedo boat, fast, lightly armored , armed with two twin T-1s (optimized for AA use) and 4 torpedo mountings, empty space for either depth charges or mine laying equipment. Capable to operate in both shalow waters and ocean
5 novice engineers

Such ship is deadly for landing crafts\ can offer AA protection for larger ships and may be used for mass attacks on larger ships

That's a bit spread out engineer wise, but we need all kinds of weapons, right?

Edit: This is the point spread we agreed on:

Tank:
+6 to boost to 63k/ph
+10 for fast-turning turret
+12 for offroad
+15 for a diesel engine

Build 150 TP-1s and 25 LUP-40s

Build a protoype of gunship designed earlier

kingfisher1112, can I get a permission to create a multilayer version of that?

I was just thinking about wingsuits for paratroopers, but that's a bit far off right now.

Oh Jesus man, this system is hastily cobbled together. It works just as much on mechanics as it does on my bullshitting. But, that could be cool. Tell you what, when this eventually dies PM me and I can hand you the system. That sound alright?

That's a little advanced for 1928... Just saying...

So you all are arguing about gun calibers for shore defense... and I'm sitting here thinking about aircraft to fill our hangars...

kingfisher1112, I have several semiworking systems from my older games, by multiplayer version I meant same general idea, fictional country starting in 1925.  I prefer my own mechanics

Well, my proposal for a monoplane has been rejected twice, so it's not for lack of trying...

I posted a proposal for a biplane light fighter about 10 pages ago... I'm not sure anybody looked at it...

EDIT: Here it is. I downsized the engine for period accurate engines. I also converted speed and max. ceiling to metric. The ceiling might be a bit unreasonable for a biplane, but I designed it to be a closed cockpit aircraft.
Quote from: My Design
Name: Valkyrie I
No. of Engineers: 10
Work Space: 10
What It Is: Light Fighter Plane

Plane Type: Closed Cockpit Biplane
Crew Members: 1 (pilot)

Armament:
- Fixed 7.62mm machine-gun x2 (forward-firing, operated by pilot)

Engine: 700 Horsepower Aircraft Engine (up/downsize it if necessary)

Cruising Speed: 92 Km/H
Max. Speed: 130 Km/H
Max. Ceiling Altitude: 4.6 Km (about 14,700 feet, just enough to clear a mid-sized mountain)
It probably won't be effective against anything heavier than a light bomber, but hey, it's better than nothing.

1929
During the last year there were a number of small, meaningless engagements with our ships only getting lightly damaged. However, near the end of the year...
Three landing crafts came ashore. 60 men all up. This was a nighttime assault to try and take a nearby ammo dump. They crept along the shore like ghosts, past numerous pillboxes. They were just near the fence, and nobody was there patrolling. They snipped the fence and crawled inside, still not getting spotted. A few split off to go take out the officers and the rest stayed inside a warehouse. The others got back inside after killing the officers. This was going way better than expected. Then, it was time to attack. They ran out of the warehouse, firing and then taking cover. Then the TP-1s in the watchtowers opened up. The bullets flew and shredded their cover and the people inside that cover. At least 8 were decimated, and their comrades were heavily demoralised. A nearby LUP-40 surrounded by sandbags for AA purposes turned to them, and started firing HE shells. The hail of shells completely destroyed what semblance of fight they had left in them. ( And 12 or so men ) And they started fleeing into the night as the bullets took more and more of their number.
It was close, but the brave garrison men cheered. The person manning the LUP was given the first Valour Star ever awarded by the military. But, it became obvious that they needed more Anti-Ship power.

And now it was time to test the badger.
Project Name: GBT-1 Badger

Armour: 20 mm sloped front, 15 mm Sloped sides and back reinforced by Metallurgist making it a third stronger.

Off-Road: (12 points)
First Test: Resilience
A TUP lined up a shot at the front armour, and let loose a torrent of rounds. All dinged off. The officials looked very happy with their new tank so far.
Second Test: Speed
It was lined up along a dirt track used by old farmers, but now it was a test of off-road speed. It sped along and completed the test in two very short minutes. The officials clapped.
Sadly the minister for finance is not giving you something new this year.
And the gunship was done this year. Sadly, no tests could be done, but it will make a valuable addition to the navy.
And now for the new blueprints.
