FUCKING RAILGUNS? No.
ROLL FOR IT BABY!

As for radio, I think it's too micromanagery, next step is to design boots for infantry
Micromanagy or a development that probably won the allies the war? (though really, in the long run, woulda won anyway). Radar should be maximum priority, and small, light radios are a game-changer.
Also: ROCKET BOOTS!
No. Get out if you're going to get stupid. You are starting to really piss me off now.

Radar's not really usefull at this point. The first radar's could only detect bombers, while we're fighting a naval enemy. Besides, we have neither the technology nor the manpower to develop that.

Hmm, you sure? Wave-interference or pulse? WI would still be semi-useful for harbors too, and pulse worked just fine for ships. I think.
Where in the rules does it state we don't have the tech/manpower? True, it's officially 10 years in the future, but that's not such a stretch.

Get out if you're going to get stupid.
As you wish.

We got 20 novice engineers. Something says me you can't invent the radar 10 years early with 20 guys who only know the basic principles of how a radio works.

Edit: I don't even know if the components exist.

Kingfisher, I repeat my question- can we further inprove weapons that are in production alteady, like the SVA-25?

In any case it would be a battle of critical thinking and I refuse to fight an unarmed individual.

It is a possibility, yes.
In that case, would we need to create and test a whole new model, or would we just be able to tweak a few things and send it right into production?

You have to use engineers. You get to use the old traits, get new perks based on technology or specialists, but the points generated are halved. You can only do this once.

To make a new bomber aircraft, I'm going to be modifying my previous Valkyrie fighter to work with a second crew member, and adding provisions for mortar shells (as makeshift bombs, I'm not sure we can figure out how to make a bomb bay, let alone implement electronics to control it).

Name: Hell Dropper (Ад капельницей) I
No. of Engineers: 10
Work Space: 10
What It Is: Light Bomber/Heavy Fighter

Plane Type: Closed Cockpit Biplane
Materials: Wood skin, metal frame
Crew Members: 2 (1 pilot, 1 gunner)

Armament:
- Fixed TP-1 machine-gun x2 (forward-firing, operated by pilot)
- Trainable 7.62mm machine-gun (rearward-firing, operated by gunner)

Bombs:
- Box for 8 60mm mortar shells (makeshift bombs, thrown by gunner)

Engine: 800 Horsepower Aircraft Engine x2

Cruising Speed: 81 Km/H
Max. Speed: 116 Km/H
Max. Ceiling Altitude: 5.1 Km (5,164 m, ~16,500 ft)

1 engine should go on each lower wing. Could potentially be used as a heavy fighter. The mortar shells are dropped through a hatch in the floor of the gunner's compartment, and can be used as either anti-infantry or anti-structure. The mortar shells may or may not have very limited effect on an enemy ship. If the mortars fail, the 14.5mm slugs from the TP-1s could do a small amount of damage to the bridge or their AA guns.

Makeshift bombs is an early WW1 thing, even late WW1 had proper bombers
Also, we have no 7.62 machine gun, , probably may use our heavy assault rifle in that role but doubt that it is a great idea. It is way to slow for wooden bomber with 1600hp and no payload
Besides I prefer to make fighter\trainer first, bombers next

Also, I want to get engine specialist before making serious aircrafts, engine is like 50% of the aircraft

I urge to support Mix of my and Tyrar ideas above and let the GMto make the turn

And the ship, our navy is badly under manned and growing out dated, need to get a better ship out to hold it together.

I'd rather create an airforce \ mobile and fast navy

And I am strongly against any battleships, we are not a major power, we are small nation. Even that 280mm turret doesn't mix well with what I want to see, but one or two heavy cruisers can't hurt.

Also, we have no proper shipyard to build battleship

Also, fleet should be balanced

Also, we need to design suitable weapons for the battleship first (read triple or quad  350-420mm guns as mega coast defense project. If we go that route)

Also, 2 AA guns per battleship = suicide real world ones had much, much more

I decided to try my hand at a coastal defense boat.

Name- Searunner Coastal Defense boat.
Armament- one cruiser gun, two AA guns, torpedoes, deck-mounted TP-1s and LUP-40s.
Armor- 2
Engine Power- Priority, as fast as possible.

Basically, a heavier fast attack ship to counter landings.
