Try to get to that spent LESHO tube and analyze it in more detail. How certain am I that it was actually the source of the LESHO fired at Miyamoto?

If I can't climbjump my way up there, see if there's a way that doesn't involve going through the possibly-trapped tower.

"Gotcha Steve. Holding position." Bishop replied, glancing warily around himself.

"This is Bishop. I'm in the center of the sensor blackout. Can someone PLEASE get over here now? I've found no traps and it looks like someone who's scared or panicked has torn out an array over here. I need back up ASAP."

Hold position. Look around the immediate area for signs of who could have done this and what direction they took or anything out of the ordinary. Be wary of traps or assassination attempts as usual.

"Oh my... the turret... Unload it! Unload it NOW!"
Charles aims the turret away from the ground and the impending crash site. If no one fixes the issue, he starts firing the turret on full auto, trying to empty it  before the crash occurs.
((Goddamn. I just knew that switching out to the ClF3 magazine would come to bite me in the backside. Didn't expect anything this spectacular though.))
You aim the turret off into the distance and wait to see if emptying it is necessary. You really kinda wish you had Jim or another one of the powerful Amp users on board. They could probably land this thing via mind bullets.

...
How tall is that tower?
Quote from: Lyra to anyone with nothing else to do
I need an escort up the tower that LESHO was fired from, I want to see if I can catch the SW's scent.
Estimate how hard it would be to simply climb the outside of the tower and call for an escort in case I have to go through the inside.

For Feyri:
Go to the other docked ships and attempt have them shut their hatches and retract the gangway from them.

The tower is no Burj Khalifa, but it certainly isn't small either. It's over 100 stories tall and has pretty much flat metal exteriors, save for what look like reenforcing bands wrapping around it. You could probably climb it...though it's gonna get pretty freaking dangerous on those higher levels. Doesn't really matter how well you land on your feet from 60 stories.

Feyri heads back to the sword and follows the cages along until she gets behind it. There are several smaller ships docked back here, in cages far far above the ground. They all seem to be closed with the gangway retracted already. Guess there's no reason form them to be open, really.

"Need reinforcements, possible enemy combatant trapped here."

Do you mean that I have that possible man trapped or that this possible man only has few ways to escape?
If the former, prepare a scout drone to scout the dead ends.
If the later, proceed to one of the possible escape points while directing my teammates to others.

I mean that this area is a big maze of tunnels but said maze only has a few ways in or out. Three, specifically.

You head to one of the ways out, which is down a few levels, while bishop stays at the current one, freaking out.

"Need reinforcements, possible enemy combatant trapped here."

Head over to provide backup.
[/quote]
You connect up with bishop, who is in the middle of a nervous breakdown, covering his neck and continuously spinning in circles. He almost shoots you. Then he almost hugs you. You're getting some real mixed messages from this guy.

((My thoughts on the title:
"Hm. This isn't the Amp-Hunter thread, it's probably the other main one. Must be a new turn! ...Oh, wait. Mayday. That's bad. I hope it isn't Grate..."))

hmmm, alright then, look around on the computer of the ship if it has one, look at any important files or something.
[aux:1-1]
Great
You run up behind Skylar, whip your laser rifle out and press it against one side of the control console bank. You then proceed to squeeze the trigger and drag the rifle across the entire length of the control, completely and totally ruining them. The Ship, now at the whims of a misfiring and damaged system, jerks back up into the air and starts jerking around like a mechanical bull having a seizure.
"I'M HELPING!" you shout, as you're flung back down the hall and land, head first, in the toilet.

((Who let him touch the controls of the hio? This is so much of a failute that my laughter is affecting my typing. Granted, I'm typing on a laptop which is atop my actual lap...))

Head back to the Sword. Locate the AM.

"Miss 'Feyri' suggested I try to find a way to triangulate radio signals. Do you have anything like that in stock, or would I have to make it myself? And if the latter, can I pretty please use Tinker? Oh, and could I borrow a little of the aircraft control thingy's radio stuff useage?"

If A is true, acquire radio triangulation thingy.
If A and B are false, follow Morul.

If A is false and B is true...Tinker time!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
"Radio triangulation is possible, but you're gonna need three points of reference. And that means three receivers. And they're gonna have to be a good distance apart and pretty powerful. Also, what are you gonna use it for again?"

"Gonna have to be more specific about that last part."
"Wasn't the Shadow Walker using a remote-controlled gun? Wouldn't he need a radio signal sender thingy to do that?"

"So you're working under the assumption that he has more? Because I doubt he's gonna keep broadcasting that signal if he's already fired it."

Grow some eyes and legs and ears, but keep the chitin.
Keep away from the dangerous stuff. Hide behind Lars or something.

((Also ahahahahahaha good job guys.))
[will:6+1]
You are now a giant ball of eyes and tongues. Also, all this transforming is starting to deplete your biomass. And terrify bystanders.

"####! Steve, anyone can you get the ####ing ship back under control?!"

Try to help T onto the roof.

Spoiler: Gorat 'Chin' Ivanos (click to show/hide)
[str:5]
You yank teal up onto the roof with one hand.
"Do you even lift?"

>I can if someone plugs their suit into it.

... Help

Struggle upwards!
Gorat drags you up onto the roof and questions your athletic capacity.

((More like FLAMING TOXIC ACID ship. ClF3 is not nice stuff. Pyro has rambled on about its properties enough that I'm not, but just google it. Also, "insert Admiral Ackbar quote here".))

"Father, wait. It could be a trap. Back off for a bit while I poke it with the pole."

Get everyone to stay back, then go poke it with the pole, praying it doesn't explode. Or something. If nothing happens, grab it and deactivate it.
Lars moves to touch the thing, but you hold him off and instead jab it with a metal rod. It immediately whirls around and starts swinging molten metal rods at you while chattering mechanically.

((Yes, I do know of the Ghost Dog and his tragic story.))
It seemed the sort of thing you would like, if you hadn't heard of it.

(Oh god, I'm so sorry, I forgot that aux and handiwork are different rolls! Jesus Christ I'm so bad with this.)
Don't worry about it too much. Everyone will eventually screw things up horribly and probably get someone killed. Such things are inevitable.

((This is true.  Lars got the base in the planetoid mission eaten by a sandworm.  Pyro's first character killed three players and millions of innocent civilians.))

"You are brave, Brother Morul.  May Algis's shielding hands protect you as you serve the Most Holy Steve."

You're no where near that thing. You're on the surface, with Miyamoto, near the nuclear crater. He's been using you as a watch dog.

Paris departs and another man shows up a few minutes later. You look around a bit while you wait, always looking over your shoulder as you do, however. You find a bit of what looks like damaged electronics on the ground a little further in  down the tunnel. Probably dropped a bit of the sensor he dug out as me moved farther in.

(( ....................................................

hmmm, alright then, look around on the computer of the ship if it has one, look at any important files or something.

(( The ship computer has been stripped. That was a question directly for Steve, he has all the relelvant data. ))

(( That makes this action definitely useless shit XD ))

TRENDON, IF WE SURVIVE THIS I AM BURYING YOU IN A DEEP, DEEP HOLE WITH WHATEVER REMAINS OF THIS SHIP

PAN, help stabilize us, if I can't bring this thing back under control, I'm going to cut the power and you're going to need to set us down.

Fight to bring the ship down to land.  If none of the controls are responding, see if one of another console is still functional, or attempt to quickly repair this one... while being jerked around by the bucking bronco of a ship.

If none of this works, attempt to cut the power completely so Pan can try to set us down without the ship fighting him.

I usually do. But...well he left it unstruck out...and he rolled 1-1...and It's been  waaaay to long since anyone has died in a fiery explosion. Considering the mission that comes after this relative cakewalk, I need to get you guys back into the habit of coping with horrifying injury.
((And just when I thought this would be my first mission where I wouldn't get grievously inured.))

PAN, help stabilize us, if I can't bring this thing back under control, I'm going to cut the power and you're going to need to set us down.[/glow]

"Hey dipshit, you're crashing. Might wanna do something about that"
"I detect that someone has disabled the ships controls. In layman terms, they lasered the buttons. Brace for impact."

"If I get out of this thing in one piece I'm giving you a piece of my mind, Trendon! The piece that BURNS SHIT. AAH"

Stabilize ship with my mass amp. If skylar cannot regain control, try to set it down. Gently.

((Go go bonus because of snoozing/reloading brain?))
"STILL HELPING!"
try and get steady and then see if I can jump out with or without hurting myself, if it would, see if I can at least stabilise it.

(Oh god, I'm so sorry, I forgot that aux and handiwork are different rolls! Jesus Christ I'm so bad with this.)
Assist Skylar in stabilizing the ship.
Well, one thing can be said about Trendon, if nothing else: When he fucks things up he fucks them up very thoroughly. The console is fired, completely screwed. The only thing that can be done is to try and activate the ship's safety mode via directly manipulating the circuitry.

[Skylar aux:4+1+1]
Skylar jams one hand into the exposed wiring and starts rummaging and pulling out wires and connecting sparking leads until the ship automatically stabilizes. Which is good. What isn't good is the fact that the engines continue to fire and that the ship is now rapidly rising.

"Oh thank the stars! I was starting to loose my mind from being alone down here with an invisible killer that has a habit of laying traps running around."

Bishop sighs in relief and collects himself.

"Ok, here's the down low: Some asshat tore out a sensor array here with a screwdriver or something. Steve says that's not something that a SW would typically do, so that means that someone else did it. I think he was controlling some poor bastard remotely and has him running around down here as a distraction. We're gonna try to find him, stop him from doing more damage and see if he's got some kind of camera or beacon on him that we can trace to tell us where the SW is, if we are lucky.

Now hold still while I check if you're a UE in disguise. Then we can get going."

Go ahead and check him to see if he's a UE. If he's good, follow the trail of the vandal cautiously with help from Steve. Make sure to check my corners and keep this other guy with me. Get his name too, while I'm at it so I know what to call him.

Skylar sits there for a moment, staring at the mess of wiring inside the console.

... I qualify this a success. Rising stably is better than randomly getting thrown around the room. you know, unless we get shot at... Now then... you said you could bring this back under control, Steve? Any chance you could put the ship under my suit's control as well, or are the controls too fried for that?

Plug my suit into the ship, ask Steve for assistance. Assuming I'm not attached to the wiring to keep the stability controls active.
