You weld it to the top of the ship. You weld it really fucking well too. I mean, you like half melt the thing's freaking tripod to the top of the ship and then cover it in ducktape and superglue. Shit is not falling off.

Wait for sweep team 3 to show up.
You should really just assume everyone is with you. I dunno how responsive they are but assume they're there. I don't want 10 posts worth of waiting.

Alright, with your leave Milno, I'm shipping out and starting my sweeps. Give out your orders on who you want aboard quickly.

Assuming I'm not sitting in the open while they're trying to weld a gun to my ship, let them do so. Make sure they avoid interfering with any hull cameras or point defense nodes.

Fire her up! Start taking random, wide arcs around the towers and nearby high ground. Avoid getting too close or moving directly towards the towers or any high ground near the towers.
Watch the cameras carefully for LESHO fire, be prepared to juke and accelerate hard as soon as I see something.

After Your passengers are done melting a gun to the top of your ship, you take off and fly over to the towers. You begin slowly circling them while scanning through different vision modes and sensors on the ship. You don't see anything, beyond something metallic atop the middle tower.


Curl up around Feyri's left foot and lie down on top of it.

Well, I'm not entirely sure. Miya and Jim are supposed to have given you guys orders as to where to go, right now you're just sitting around at the gangway, enjoying the company of the increasing number of genetically modified freaks.


Charles will NOT be on the blackship, he will remotely operate his (hopefully) newly mounted turret and allow every single other HMRC member access to its visual feed, motor control and firing control.
You are NOT on the black ship. Noted. Understood and confirmed.

Bishop will remain back at the Sword, waiting for news of the SW's movements.
You do a little dance, waiting for progress.

Brother Lars, Sweep Team 2 Lead

Lars strolled out onto the gangway to assemble his teammates.  Breathing a quick word of prayer, he turned his radio to his teammates.

"Brothers of Sweep Team 2, please assemble by me on the gangway.  Once we assemble, we will move out, and we will be moving with the speed of the gods.  Please report in quickly with your current arms and armament so that we can be prepared- especially if you can fly.  I have a MkIII suit and a gauss rifle."

"By the will of the gods, we shall complete our objectives.  Praise be to Steve's most holy name."



Form up the team on the gangway.
Already done.
Xan emits an eerie gurgle as he flaps over to the gangway.

Go to the gangway. Creep out teammates.
It continues to be as it was before in this very same post.
Avoid being near Xan unless Ms. Feyri is between us.
I can only imagine you being chased around a very exasperated feyri by Xan.


Fire off my rockets, grab a volunteer if available (preferably a space wizard, preferably Pancaek) and make my way towards the control towers while flying low and away from where the Amp Specialist fell, using all available sensors (cameyes, regular eyes, ears, intuition, etc) to spot the enemy, ambushes or any incoming attack. If possible, send one of those automapping drones to take a look inside the repair pit for that Amp Specialist.
You grab Pancaek (if he lets you) and fly over to around the same area that Skylar is currently patrolling in his ship. You have no real luck seeing anything more then he does, but you spot the anomalous metallic object(s) atop the middle tower as well.



Xan is probably the most theoretically terrifying thing a player has ever been made into, considering his penchant for murder, shape shifting and habit of overpowered psychic shenanigans.  Then again, there's much worse out there in the world then him, so it evens out.

He gives all HMRC members full access to his turret's visual feed and controls. He then tries not to say anything strange or insane. He also activates a dynamic bonus for CON.

Have one of the cameras zoom in on the object if possible.

Continue circling and watching for LESHO fire and other disturbance.

I think it's better if I'm not carrying anybody, since nobody asked.
Use zoom mode of cameyes and give pictures of the object to Steve and AM.
Slowly approach the object, looking around for cameras, tripwires, lasers and other such dangerous things.
If the previous images were inconclusive, send pictures and ask people what it is.

((This. This soooo much. PW especially did a little time skip so we wouldn't have a dozen turns of people running around. If you want to go, just go, and your teammates will either catch up or PW will retcon them into having followed your group so they won't miss a turn. If you need help on where to go sweep, just ask Steve in-game where he needs more eyes the most. Or just go below ground to sweep the underground tunnels, seeing as how Steve said he's most likely to try and escape through there.

@Xan: if you want some ideas on extra stuff for your flesh horror, I think I've got some. PW will probably let you mutate and move in the same turn, so you can do them while staying with your team.))

Figure out how to use these controls without killing anyone. Unless I see an Urban Executor, Shadow Walker, evil amp-user, or something like that, in which case figure out how to use these controls by shooting at the UE, SW, or EAU.

Subdermal bone armor of overlapping chitin-bone tissue, big sticky tongue that launches very fast to catch fleeing prey (like giant palm salamander), launching mechanism for spiderweb-like adhesive substance to impair and hinder prey, something to launch sharp barbs (something based on mixing two chemicals that release a lot of gas, thereby creating usable pressure (like a bombardier beetle)), coated with (neuro)toxins (like anatoxin-a), a long flexible tail with hollow point 'syringe' end to inject/shoot stuff (e.g. think tail like the one on Dren from Splice) from toxins to acids to ink (to reveal the SW), or just make it a long tail with a pincer at the end, or a bonesword, a small cannon that launches 'worms' with small serrated teeth to eat their way through whatever they encounter, gecko-like feet with setae to climb walls, Mantis Shrimp-like arms to smash opponents (add sharp ends to the arms for bonus points), jellyfish like cnidocytes over your body as defense, tetrachromatic vision, komodo dragon saliva.

Also check if you can bio-engineer bacteria/Fungi/virii/parasites to suit your specific needs. Could be very useful later on. Like a combination strain that, once infected, destroys the target's neural tissue responsible for higher brain functions, but preserves the wanted parts and secretes a selection of neurotransmitters to achieve desired effect, like making target indiscriminately violent by inhibiting or destroying the regions/neurotransmitters for behavioral control, making him suicidal, or any other fun effect.
Hey, did you know some bacteria can survive in the vacuum of space? That some can damage non-organic materials?
