Hi there,
I am going to start a new succession game. I would like to establish some ground rules and get a list of the first seven overseers. Then I will pick up a spot for a fortress (something interesting, dont worry )... What I need from the future overseers (also 6 founding dwarves) is to write me which skills they want, what nickname they wish to have. After that I will prepare everything and launch the game. In the first post I shall show description of every dwarf, so you could prepare for your role-playing. With this... I will start the game, trying to act in-character (same for every dwarf).

Also in case someone make the fortress unplayable, we may revert to an older save. By unplayable I mean technical problem. Forgotten Beast chewing on our flesh and bones is totally fine of course.

Except for this, the game should be classic succesion game.

In order to start... I shall be nicknamed "Baloun" and as a first expedition leader, I think about being swordsdwarf, dodger, armoruser, ledaer, record keeper (if my personality checks with it of course ).

So... To set things going, I am posting a map of our world - Enramul, World of Legends. I am already scouting for a suitable area where we shall die live happily ever after together. *cough*




And here is, where we shall built our fortress. As you can see, this place is quite calm - but that might change easily. We shall be the outpost of the old dwarven city - Zuntírud. The city is the important part of the dwarven civilization called "Vestibule of Ancles". Aformentioned civilization was for centuries engaged in war with kobolds from Jrofokopeembus and goblins from Ngebzoéngan. Our new fortress is thus of vital importance. It should be a new base in war against savage goblins.
Volcano and its great supplies of magma surely isnt a reason for choosing this site... That would be... Greedy... And silly... And suicuidal. And those are not the traits worth of a dwarf! Maybe....

I'd be screwed on this one with how large that is. My good computer is pooped. 4x4 or 3x6 is the most I could do.
