Urist McStation is the 'B' Ark from The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. (more specifically the Restaurant at the End of the Universe).
I've heard this headcanon today and it fits everything greatly.

No, 'B' contained those who were utterly pointless. If anything, Clown Planet could be a colony formed by B-Arkers in this universe.

Also, feel free to use my Changeling fluff (originally for BS12 and official there, why it isn't added to the fluff I don't even).

I wrote up a quick little bit for inspiration. http://pastebin.com/aJ4QYZy6

Feel free to cut, alter, build off of, whatever. I left it as open-ended as possible in terms of plugging in explanations of various antag groups while also trying to box out what is (IIRC) a derivative of one of our main fluff explanations for rounds and not retaining knowledge of antags between them.

I really like that. I'm probably going to fold that into the "Present Day" Section.

Great! I might go for a bit more once other people have stuff in, I don't want to be that guy and flood all of the fluff with my headcanon.  :)

I saw that in the classes for S-Com, there was no engineer :( An engineer class with a toolbelt and some c4 might be cool, even though the support is supposed to have explosives as well.

1: I wasn't being serious. As has already been pointed out, Urist McStation could not be the B Ark.

2.Nope, no bathtubs or bathtub like items are in the code. Unless you want to make a bathtub out of a pool, you have coding to do.

That's an interesting idea. Arm them with a bolt action rifle or somesuch... Hmm. You've got me thinking.
