Also the ancient art of carrying a stove in your back pocket, I presume. And per source given, it's 6-7 for fast food and 12-36 for a restaurant PROPER (the figure of 11-12 is for a low-range 'restaurant', which more often than not is on par with fast food). So from 2 to 6 times as expensive.
