No, leave at least two males per group, and killing one male won't make much difference to whether or not we kill a quarter of the females...

+1 to leaving at least two males per group.

Now, on the actual tactics the hunters should use, maybe they can sneak to the four legged tree and throw their spears to the deerples, I think that with such a large group it will be difficult to miss.

There's only one group, with only two males.

And there's still more bucks, probably including a bunch that probably don't mate at all, especially given the composition of the group.

They can probably only carry one, so try sneaking around to the south-east and then trying for the sleeping one. Hopefully they will be driven towards the bath and become confused and scattered...

Turn 44:

Site:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Vulgaras makes the hats pen stronger to hopefully stop anymore breakouts. He also colours the other hat blue.

You get the idling goblin to go and smelt some more ore.

The miner comes out of the mine and says that she can't do any more mining without some way of making it brighter in there.

The Yolc returns with the barrel filled with water. You give him the bag of seeds and the hoe you just made (+25xp  for first item crafted + making the forge!) to start a farm. He asks you where you want it.

You feel yourself grow stronger. Yes, this is it, the moment you've been waiting for since level 1...

Level 2!

You feel that now you have achieved the dizzying height of level 2 you deserve a new title. You should pick one from the list below.
(Short version: Pick a perk)

  • Forgebaron - Your knowledge of the smelting process grows and you can now smelt ore in only two thirds of the time! (This bonus also applies to people you've taught how to smelt)
  • Fellhawk's Artisan - Imbue an item with the power of fellhawk
  • Baronsmith - As a Baronsmith you are both a Baron and a smith. You will receive 20 Yollars in the mail as congratulations on your hard work.
  • Orebaron - After working with metal for so long you can feel it even beneath the ground. You have a rough idea of where to find large deposits of ore and even the location of larger caverns.

SouthWest(pond):
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

The hunters sneak up on the herd of deerples and aim to kill the sleeping one. With so many eyes they don't think they can get any closer without being spotted.

They also notice some lumpy purple fruit in a nearby tree.

Fellhawk's Artisan - Imbue an item with the power of fellhawk - For one item or many items but with longer time of making?

Just the one. Normally you'd have to make sacrifices and such so this is a freebie essentially.

Orebaron sounds like the best ability, but I am voting Fellhawk's artisan for the lulz, let's imbue the birthing pit!!!

Orebaron. If we want to imbue something, we can make sacrifices instead.

I vote for orebaron, as it is the only long-term perk.

About the farm, well, how about in this place?
