Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

As a note for the future: Salvatore takes five less damage from Anima magic due to his class skill.

@BMM: So it goes. The real question is did we have anyone to spare to actually take him down or deal with the possible annoyances of him assassinating someone.

EDIT: Des crits. And what does a blizzard do? Further -1 to movement for everyone?

Anyway, I'd suggest Olison moving to just north of Alexander. Danya isn't going to last out there, and we'll need someone to plug the hole. Not to mention, he can toss one of his ranged weapons for good measure.

I suggest wary for Seyena, that archer to the north can replace the deceased axeman and get her. Of course that wouldn't do anything with Tiron in the way. Also, Tiron has call magic, there was much rejoicing!

Either way, the north side seems to be fairing fine and well, but the south needs some help. I agree with BMM, Olison should head there and help out.

EDIT: I just realized, Haspen, you missed a really easy crack. The enemies showed Sal their own hellfire. And did Alexander lose his pure water?

FEF2 world is pretty much 17/18th century Western Europe. If you're a noble, you can do whatever you want and fill your stomach to the brim.

If yer poor, God help you :P
I'm assuming Kretos is that part incarnate right? :P

@ Xan:

IIRC, the blizzard only effects units outside. And yeah, I think it's reduced movement for everyone.

And did Alexander lose his pure water?

Yes v: Getting KO'd erases all statuses, be it Pure Water or Poison or Silence or what not.

He didn't lose Regen because the flute explicitly states 'to the end of the battle'

@PM: See Haspen's above post, may be good to replenish that.

@Haspen: Anja needs to use that on everyone she can. 'Cause that's nice.

MISSION GAINED: Bishop Death
Spoiler: DEBRIEF (click to show/hide)

Not sure if I suggest this, but its entirely possible. Alexander would need to move up, which puts Anja in danger, and it requires passing a 1/4 chance for the optimal result of happening. The chance rises dramatically if Valor is in range of the two (extra 25 percent chance of Seyena hitting, 20 for Olison), but that puts a gap in the northern defenses. Which is bad. And impossible as he's already moved.

If Seyena doesn't have anything better to do however, attacking the bishop might be nice. But that requires Alexander moving north, which shifts things around for the southern entrance worryingly. I expect the warrior will probably try to take a pot shot at Anja, but the warriors hit chance is as follows:

HIT: 108 - 72 - 15(Sword*) - 15(PerSki) - 5(Support) = 1% or 16% if her weapon isn't out

*Depends on if Haspen rules that dance/song stuff counts as staffs for the rule that they can auto-equip a weapon for the combat duration, ala FE4.

I thought it was staff wielders personally. Or enemies with siege magic. Or enemies that heal.

Magic, magic is the true BBEG.

Hmmm, and actually, we haven't run into a Dragonstone-empowered mage yet, so Prixima will be the first...

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Magic blows. Down with the casters!

Except the ones we like.

Yeah, I'm finding it harder and harder to view the Troian's anti-magic campaign as a bad thing. I can't help but feel that were the melee of the group to stick together after this, something similar would kind of result from that.
