Consider this: Gregor and Derick have a duel with same quality weapons (Iron, for example) and in neutral conditions (no terrain, supports and so on). On whom you would bet?

Derick the Swordmaster of Doom
Gregor the Tanky Stab-Sentinel

And did Alexander lose his pure water?

Yes v: Getting KO'd erases all statuses, be it Pure Water or Poison or Silence or what not.

He didn't lose Regen because the flute explicitly states 'to the end of the battle'
Funny, I recall poison lasting during Fezzan.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: Magic blows. Down with the casters!

Except the ones we like.

Yeah, I'm finding it harder and harder to view the Troian's anti-magic campaign as a bad thing. I can't help but feel that were the melee of the group to stick together after this, something similar would kind of result from that.

Olison, Salvatore and Valor are probably gonna be the precursor to that whole idea.

Considering what some magic and staffs do, I'm surprised no one has made a sort of facsimile to the Geneva convention about it. I mean, just look at the berserk staff.

I imagine that will have happened after the whole anti-magic crusade business, what with their whole lockdown on certain varieties of magic dealie.

True. I suppose rather that I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner, unless such staffs weren't well known/used during FEF 1's time.

Oi, guize. What's the reason for lack of posts :?

Only BMM42 made an action this turn so far!

Hmm. Well Alex is obviously going to sit there, but the big question is what Olison and Seyena will be doing. Problem is, if Seyena stays where she is, there's a sentry in range. Other alternative would be to go back up Alex while Olison takes her spot, but that'll also leave her in range of a sentry :(.

Should we flip a coin?

Well, yah could give my plan a shot if you want to attempt to take out the bishop, or at least wound 'em. Other than that, I suggest beefing up the south. The north should hold well enough, I think. At least until next turn, when those archers start getting closer.

What I said in the plan is largely relevent, I'm not sure if I suggest it. Its the death of a magic user, which is good, but it shifts around the battle lines to where I can't easily predict what would happen next. I could go 'worst case scenario' but that doesn't always happen, as seen by the axeman attacking Seyena the current turn.

My main suggestion is to ensure the closure of the southern entrance, and to suggest Anja actually do something with her turns.

No one told her to do anything, so she didn't do anything :3

Its like she doesn't want to live or something. Powder, if you see this and can do so, please instruct Anja to do something useful. Like dancing for somebody or using that great flute of her's. Preferably on the sage as he can do call magic, although Valor, Olison, or Danya would all do great as well considering they're holding the lines.

@Haspen: Have to ask, where did you get the sprites for the characters? Best I can find would be cutting them out one by one from FEPlanet's archive but I don't think it has all of the ones I've seen in your games. And it would also be a pain.

I don't think we ever confirmed this. Is Anja's class just a renamed Dancing Blade (w/ Sword Wall)? Or simply a Dancer/Performer with swords?

The former.

My first instinct is to see if the 30+ crit rate of mine pans out, so I'm gonna see if it does.
