I don't see any plutonium ammunition other than cells in the jsons...

I've never found anything in a sarcophagi, but then i never found a way to get further down so I've only checked the surface buildings.
I look in any bunker I find anyway but they are fewer than labs and tend to not have any plutonium.

The way down is from a quest chain starting with the flag man.

well, 20 charges is just a partial plutonium cell it seems. I dont know what ratio because i've used all cells for power storage.

Try doing it from inside the rock place, next to the elevator.

Started a new game after the old one ended in tank drone. Currently setting myself up in a public works with three separate towns just a few map tiles away.
There is a road barricade outside the front door. I may have to get rid of those turrets somehow, though they haven't been a problem yet.

Slings use pebbles, which are crafted from rocks, but aren't rocks. And since it's a vehicle addon it'd have to be a mounted weapon right?

There is also a heavy projectiles firing handused weapon called the Mininuke Launcher
Found in certain lab notes, and is spring powered

-variety of canisters that are macho versions of the grenade launcher payloads
-Craftable stripped down mininuke. Explodes on inpact but can no longer be triggered manually.

We've got support for any item to be tagged as ammo, now (needs the data manually entered into it) so water cannons are a real possibility.

It would be cool if there was a way to turn the flamethrower flame off and just spray gas all over the target before lighting it up with a quick burst of flame. It's an actual thing you can do with a flamethrower, after all.
