Evolved: The First Step
You open your eyelids slowly, you can hear the soft gushes of water next to you and you notice that you are submerged in a green fluid. You cannot feel anything, it's as if you've lost every nerve in your body. You look down at your hands, they've become greyish and smooth. You try to cry out for help, but your new mouth cannot pronounce your old words. You float there in your chamber, until someone enters the room and opens your prison.
This is an RtD. 150 years ago, in the before time, you signed up for a project that could end mortality. The project was to put your consciousness, your memories into a new improved body. A body free of human flaw. It was supposed to fast-forward humanity's evolution, instead it created a subspecies. You are part of this subspecies.
Character Sheet:
Name: This can be your name from the before time or a new name to compliment your new life.
Gender: Technically, the ''Evolved'' have no genders so this is to let them know what gender you were.
Specialty: What you were good at or what you did in the before time. (This can be anything, like baking, to help with skills.)
Biological Improvement: This is the most used attribute. It can be anything not too OP or too useless. It could be amazing regenerative abilities or razor sharp bones and nails etc.
Reason for signing up for the project: Mayhaps it was to cure you of disease or to escape the harsh world back then.
Skills:
Strength: For fighting and breaking down doors.
Agility: For dodging and parkouring over fences.
Intelligence: How fast you learn from doing something or watching someone.
Charisma: How well you talk and make friends.
Sneakiness: How well you hide and how well you disguise yourself.
Rolling: To see if you pass certain challenges, I will use a random dice simulator. Let's say we're rolling for shooting a gun.
1: You drop the gun and pee yourself.
2: The gun jams up
3: The bullet misses.
4: The bullet barely hits the target just enough for it to harm them.
5: The bullet hits the target, doing considerable damage.
6: It doesn't hit the enemy's body, instead, it goes directly inside their gun and the gun explodes, tearing off his arm.
Anyway, I'll get around 13 test subjects (players) but if there aren't enough within a day (from when this was made to the next day at this time), I'll just start as long as there is more than one player. i don't know how long this'll last because I have school like 7 days from now and I can't really use the laptop (we'll see), but if I can't GM and you guys want to continue, vote amongst yourselves. You can change the storyline however you like. Also, this is my first RtD, so bear with me if I Gm wrongly. Anyway, have fun and enjoy your new evolved bodies!
