You can find the limits early in the thread. You're slightly stronger than your musculature suggests (~3%), can heal (your most notable trait), are tough, and have a patch of feathers on your back.

Yes but how strong, how tough. how much can we lift? How hard does something have to hit us to hurt us? We know healing rate is fast enough for papercuts to disappear seconds after feeling them.

I'd have to look up average strength levels for people to give you an exact number, but you're not much stronger than normal. See the second post for details on healing. Currently, you're not a lot tougher than most people; you're mostly resistant to pain, but your skin is a little tougher than normal.

Why is JBG even here...? I mean aside from the obvious trolling...

Last months before college we raid a blood bank and grab as much super-blood as we can (I'm assuming they label the blood that way. I mean, if AB O- etc blood fucks with each other, imagine the blood of Superman being injected into you?

You sit down, writing a list of what you want to do this summer.

1. Join a gym or something.
2. Meet supers.
3. Rob blood bank, steal supers' blood.
4. Kill someone called Jgb97.

Um. What's with that #4? You crumple the list up and decide that you need a better plan.
It's about the start of June; term begins in August. You should figure out a vague plan. Rob blood bank here, join gym these two months and go two hours a day every Tuesday and Friday, stuff like that. And, of course, enjoy the summer. You're going on a cruise kin mid-July, but the rest of the summer is basically free. This is a good time to figure out what all you're doing.

Join a sports club. Lets go with swimming. Socialise whilst there, see if we can acquire more powers. Good swimmers are most likely to have strength, endurance, speed, water breathing, aquamancy... All useful stuff.

Might as well join a gym as well, this will also help us with the vanity side of things, whilst at the same time finding someone with superstrength.

Just to point out, the super-strong supers aren't likely to go to a normal gym.

I know, but there is no where I can think of that super-strong supers would go, so we must satisfy ourselves with not-as-super-strong supers.

There are gyms for supers, but it probably wouldn't be safe for you to go.
