Leave Itanos & Secamis as they are, though a governor will be appointed, they were wise to promptly join the Empire and, as such, it'd be barbarism for anything but the strictly necessary to be forced upon them, their reaction was one to be encouraged; Itanos & Secamis are made into an Imperial Province, but its ruling class and infrastructure are otherwise left intact and the Emperor promises future investments through which to repair the damage caused by their rampant neighbours' misdeeds.
March upon Armascum and Clypem from north to southwest, though the fields and cities should, if possible, go undamaged, any signs of military resistance or subversion are to be met with decisive action and subsequent enslavement by the Imperial Legions and all of the cities' ruling members are to captured and seized up in their respective cities for mass executions. Let Armascum and Clypem serve to show that the Empire, though not without mercy, will not tolerate this kind of attitude.
You, and your generals, attempt to lead a band of three legions across through fields and and roads.
[2-1] All goes well until you decide to take a shortcut through an agricultural village with the I Hadria Legion. [5] Though you trample the crops, no doubt angering the peasantry, you do no real harm to the land.
[3] The Optimate Marcus Julius, and his skirmishers of the II Fulminaria Legion fair far better. Though they too likely are not seen in the best light by the peasantry, they at least manage not to destroy anything.
[4+1] Far and away the most skilled logistician, Derahoc Astralia is able to easily maneuver his third legion through the fields with little to no trouble.
It isn't long before your group arrives at the next nearest city: Clypem. [2] And despite their brazen actions earlier this season, it would appear that the joint forces of Clypem and Armascum have holed up within like the cowards they truly are.
<thatkid> Do you set in for a siege or go straight for an attack?
<Azthor> How large do their forces seem to be?[5+1] According to the scouting efforts of one Derahoc Astralia's troops, their forces are significantly dwarfed by your own. All told, they are lucky if they can even reach half your might.

Round 1(83 vs 33) With little heed for tactics, the combined legions of the Hadrian Empire charge upon the defending troops of Clypem, storming it in great force. Within moments, the walls are breached and the first wave of defenders have fallen to the sword.
Hadrian Health: 70
Whitepeak Health: 23
(26 vs 22) However, once on the Whitepeak's home turf, the tide begins to shift- Using their knowledge of the city's lay-out, the Whitepeak defenders dig in, making a valiant last stand in the marketplace and caravan roads despite the vast numerical disadvantage.
Hadrian Health: 67
Whitepeak Health: 20
(38 vs 10) After several minutes of fierce and bloody fighting, the Hadrian hordes drive through the inner gates. Within moments, the Clypem marketplace has burst into flame...though by who's hand is uncertain. Panicking, their numbers dwindling, the Whitepeak Defenders begin to make a hasty retreat, deeper into the city.
Hadrian Health: 67
Whitepeak Health: 17
(22 vs 38) Just as the Hadrian's believe the battle to have been won, thoughts of looting and celebration on their minds, an older gentleman, his brilliantly-hued cape bearing the colors of Itanos, Armascum, and the Whitepeaks alliance all at once, rallies the defenders for one final attempt to drive them back.
Hadrian Health: 64
Whitepeak Health: 14
(108 vs 17) Luckily, the discipline of the Hadrian troops, combined with the tactical and logistical skills of their commanders, allow them to quickly turn this foolhardy assault to their advantage. In little time at all, the Whitepeak soldiers have either been slain, or surrounded and forced into surrender. Their commander, a man near the age of the Emperor, collapses from his horse following a powerful blow [2 vs 1 vs 1] dealt by an errant member of I Hadria, who died not long after.
The fires continue to rage.
Hadrian Health: 64
Whitepeak Health: 0 (!!!CRIT!!!)
The Whitepeak Defenders have been defeated and the survivors captured, alongside their commander, who is gravely wounded. Clypem has begun to burn.
