The Primer is a book of prayers and information that is assigned to every guardsman. Presumably you would keep it with you out of habit because losing part of your gear in the Guard is an executable offense. Stealth gear is basically just clothing, rule wise, but I'd assume that it wouldn't have any loose bits or make minimal noise when you move.

I don't need it since it's clothing and I'll be using the new clothing we all got.
But if it is really useful it's worth keeping if not I'll sell it.

You're getting dry weather gear, head wraps, goggles and the like. It would be hard to sell your stealth gear anyway because your kinda wearing it.

Given what looks to be a growing habit of getting into fights I think I'm gonna need the extra wound point .
Unless rank 2 will offer a skill for 150 or less that will be better for that purpose.

Slaught boosts your agility and perception for 2-20 minutes but can lower both stats temporarily afterwards, if your unlucky. Spook is a rare drug that can allow the user to temporarily manifest psychic powers, it is the only way a Tech-Priest can ever do so.
Poor quality weapons gain the Unreliable trait (jam more often) and poor quality armour is ill-fitting or damaged so you get -10 to related Ag tests, in this case... chewing?
