Meanwhile, Silver has a now black-widow-colored spider chasing her, and a very observant one at that. Maria is left staring at the sword on the floor that was behind her.

As Kwy leaps, Sona stands, and gives a horrible glare at her.
"Why don't we solve this peacefully?"

James stands back up and says, "Hey, it's not my fault. She can't take a joke."

"Help hoooow, exactly? And yoooou arrre my masssterrr, jussst the sssame."

"May you prevent...Oh wait. Cover your nose." Barth takes several bottles from his backpack and starts to throw at the ground near the Torikan. They release a liquid that stinks heavily and smells like chroloform.

While terrible to common humans, it is most likely to hinder the senses of anything with an animal-like sense of smell.

Two metal plates drop down, covering her nose for a few moments.

Silver considers the spider, then opens the window and flies out.

Tyrion sighs and presses a button. Sona stands in the stench, still glaring at Kwy.

The spider climbs up to look out over the windowsill and hisses in Silver's general direction.

Seeing this, Maria goes over and picks up the fairly large 'spider', raising an eyebrow in curiosity. "Hrm, I wonder...?"

At that, the thing climbs up over her (much to her brief dismay) and onto her back, where it folds into a simple black-widdow patterned sword sheath almost like nothing had ever happened, and sticks there again. (Magnetism?)

The poor automaton just blinks, and after a few moments, goes back and retrieves the sword, placing it in the sheath. "Oh...kay?"

Kwykathen whips around to glare at Sona, murderous rage in her eyes.

"You come between me and him, and you won't even leave a corpse."

She leaps again, roaring loudly. She seems to be completely in the grips of here rage, ignoring the stench. Meanwhile, Bryan is off to side, vomiting because of it.

Maria, unfortunately, ends up wandering into Kywk's path. Says something about her situational awareness and/or stupidity....

And by the way, most of her dents from before have vanished. The gap in her arm has been fixed, too.

((Hey, those were thrown in her direction, how close is Bryan?))

"Sorry Bryan! Ke, can you move Bryan farther away from here?"

Bartholomew sighs and takes two of the last bottles, throwing them directly at Kwyk's face.
"Hey!"

James dodges again and attempts a counter attack, getting a gash across his shoulder for his troubles.

Kwykathen whips around to glare at Sona, murderous rage in her eyes.

She leaps again, roaring loudly. She seems to be completely in the grips of here rage, ignoring the stench. Meanwhile, Bryan is off to side, vomiting because of it.

Sona frowns. She pulls a staff from her back, and the crystal atop it glows like a star. Twin vines sprout from her back, growing larger and larger as they move towards Kwy. They circle around her, and begin cocooning her. Sweat drips from her brow from sheer concentration.

[Vorthon]

Kwykathen bowls over Maria, snarling and practically foaming at the mouth.

She vomits as she get hits by the liquid, but she keeps going anyways. She's incoherent now, snarling and roaring.

She bellows in rage, as she takes a blow to the elbow.

She snarls in rage, starting to bite at the vines.

((All over the place, trying to stay out of the way of the living wall of death))

She coils tightly, moving away from her master. And then she spring-jumps away, tackling Bryan.
