What level is that metashadow rod? I'm taking it regardless, but need to know if it's for apprentice, initiate, or master mysteries.

Also am I the only one who could possibly use that shadow scroll, or could anyone who can use arcane scrolls?

EDIT: My dibs on items, unless someone feels they could use them better:

- The Luck Blade
- Reach Metashadow Rod
- 10,000 gp

Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Well, I call dibs on the following:

 - The +3 Animated Shield (Anyone wants the old +1 shield, just ask)
 - +2 Ring of Protection
 - 10,000gp

I would like to claim those magic dwarven gems. Please remind me of what specifically they do again?

E: Wrex, how do you feel about the Death Delver prestige class?

It's not particularly good, unless you had something specifc planned

The gems are as follows:
True Seeing
Cures serious wounds 3x day
Pearl of power, third level spell or equivalent. Would also work as a cognizance crystal of equal power.

It advances spellcasting (and therefore necronomy) without actually requiring spellcasting.

What I lose:
1 Deathly Boon. None of the ones I qualify for are very good.
Warnaming (double). This hurts, but I'll live.
The ability to summon mummies. I don't think I'd ever want to summon a mummy.

What I gain:
Deathwatch, as the spell, at will. Most excellent, since it also lets me detect invisible/hidden people indirectly.
The ability to rebuke weak undead. Mostly useless, but I can qualify for prestige classes with this, I guess.
Immunity to Fear. Always nice.
Death Ward 1/day. Pretty useful.

Death Delver does not advance casting, it has it's own casting progression.

Ah. Well, if that doesn't count for advancing Necronomy, then you're right. I wouldn't touch Death Delver with a 10ft pole.

Well, mind linking your sheet?
It's also on page 9, but sure.
Sheet

Well, I call dibs on the following:

 - The +3 Animated Shield (Anyone wants the old +1 shield, just ask)
 - +2 Ring of Protection
 - 10,000gp
May I? I am currently bereft of shield.

Death Delver does not advance casting, it has it's own casting progression.
Which is why it's said that a true spellcasting prestige class must have "+1 level of spellcasting class" to count.

Hm...well,  I'd like a bit of data on the vampire hide and the augment crystal. For the former, I know it's some kind of undead graft, and for the latter, I know it's only of use to psions, but I think I'd like to hear exactly what they both do...and I don't have the rulebooks for either.
Those Bracers sound neat, but I'd like to hear a bit about those Gauntlets of Destruction and the Bolt Shirt before making a decision.
That Rod of Bodily Restoration sounds good...and unless that Garb is useful and kobold-sized, it's better than all the rest. Where's it from? And, for that matter, what does the Rod do?
Finally, if no one else has, and no one better will, I'd like to claim the Smoky Dagger.

Boots are totes mine.

Also, I'd like the shield. Either of them, really. My AC is too low for a melee combatant. Then I'd probably take more gold.

I assume we leveled up?

Also, I'm trying to think of a background for my Half-Giant. Apparently the Plane of Shadow doesn't go to alternative Primes in this setting, so my original plan is shot, though I do like the idea of being an exile.
