"I'm glad that I'm met with a few open arms, but I understand completely. If you require I can stay at bay, but as of yet you are the only people I've met."

Iris walks over, bindle full, holding an apple in one hand.

"Hello, who are you?"

[The Fool]

"I'm Allan Rush."

Allan's arm shot out to shake the newcomer's hand. He looked up to see the catgirl, puzzled and slightly discouraged he still held out his hand, but not as strongly.

"...Are you part cat?"

"Yes I am. Want an apple? There were a lot."

[Caellath]

A soft rustle of leaves and branches being broken without much care is heard as Barth appears from the nearby bushes with what seems a large and curved leather sheet over his head stretched over a wooden structure - to protect him against the sock rain, no doubt - and joins the group once again.

Noticing the newcomer, he nods and smiles at both Allan and the rest of the people close by, introducing himself to the newest arrival.
"Bartholomew Alteon, pleased to meet you."

His eyes narrow slightly as he looks around, as if trying to find something wrong. Apparently satisfied, he continues: "Well, apparently deeper in the forest there is both no sock rain and a source of clean water."

He stops and stares at Iris' wounded leg for a moment and then at her, as if asking for permission to do something about it.

"It isn't that bad. I just twisted it. It's mostly okay. Just hurts a little."

[The Fool]

He turned his outstretched hand to accept an apple.

"Sure. I couldn't find a fruit tree with low enough branches. I couldn't bring myself to hit the tree, so I'm rather hungry."

Upon seeing Barth, and hearing the news Allan's smile widened.

"Wonderful. It doesn't take long to get sick of it raining socks. The smell is atrocious."

"I suppose you don't climb trees?"

Barth nods and sits. There was a small feeling of relief upon knowing he didn't need to do anything. Last time he tried to bandage a woman's leg, he got chased by her overzealous boyfriend, who apparently ignored the fact he uses gloves whenever he is practicing his profession, and the ones at that time were especially thick. Granted, he wasn't seeing anything of the sort, but still...

Hearing Allan's comment on the socks, he points at his plague doctor mask, a somewhat creepy white mask with what seemed a very long "nose".
"Oh, for these times, I have this, although admittedly, this isn't smelling as bad as some places I visited."

"Ah yes,the smell. I have something that helps, but only one."

Iris then pulls out the catnip and holds it in front of her face.

A shadowy figure emerges from the cave, and gains more and more distinct as he draws closer to the group. Eventually, one can make out messy blonde hair, a strong jawline, and a physique which screams "Wiry Strength". He walks up to the others, before sitting fown next to Barth, who certainly seemed the most normal of the group.
"Oi. What's your story? Why're you with all these wizards and things?"

[Caellath]

"Ah." he says, turning his head to the man in shorts. "I actually do not know. I was just...brought here somehow. The last thing I remember is being in a forest, dodging a wild attack from one of a summoner's rampaging beasts and falling into chasm and its deep, dark waters."

"Or at least that is what I though. I appeared here as spat against the ground and rolled to break my fall before getting back up."
He pinches the sleeves of his white shirt, as if trying to make a point: his clothing shoudl be wet if he had ever felt into the black waters. "Maybe the rumours about that place are real after all."

After saying so, he suddenly gets back up and disappears into the woods.

Brother-Marine Angerus was PISSED. One moment he had been on some FAGGOTASS planet some FUCKING xenos and now he was striggling to stay up in some COCKBITING HERETICAL sockstorm. He saw a flicker light through the distance and began to wade to it. Shouting various obscenties which included "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU FAGGOTS!"
