you could probably also mine out the northern foundations, there's easily 50 silver ore down there

Clearly running multiple missions at the same time is a terrible idea.  The epic battle to see which team can cock it up worse has escalated again.

And Larry kinda gets blueballed in all this; just left with a raging bone spear and no where to put it.

I started work on some of that.  I ordered for part's of the keep to be deconstructed, part of the northern foundation to be decontructed (And turned it into a safe room.  We can put a bunch of levers in there in case the rest of the fort falls), and deconstructed one or two of the sections between towers.  The last part was started at the end of my turn thou, so not much was done.

We could probably replace most of the fort with clay.
Or silver bars, seeing as one ore == four bars now.

Refine the fortress! We could also expand it four times it's current size; we don't need that much for weapons and it can't be used for armor. Alternatively, somebody could begin construction on a megaproject out of silver that successive overseers could continue work on.

I suggest we just replace the current fortress with refined silver and then make another fortress or two some difference away.

We'd have to import the gold and diamonds, but sure, once we get some more of a fortress set up, sure.
Notably the ability to deal with dragons and giant bat Calvary.

We need a silver pyramid/temple/thingy. With a tomb in the middle for the dwarves who built it!
And who says we need to put the dwarves in the tomb after they die?

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

We should refine and replace the fortress itself first, with clay if you want.

Uh, wait, wouldn't the fortress be made out of native silver blocks? Human fortresses are always made from (something) blocks in adventurer mode...
