The rifle grazes the helicopter. The flyer manages to keep his damaged craft in flight and fires another burst of gunfire...which manages to jam, causing another explosion and causing either a graceful crash or...actually, there's no better way to put it. A guy comes out and bows.

Tomcat rushes over the field of ruined buildings to where Sigurd is. He saw the wreckage of the helicopter and the man who had escaped it. His body tensed up, ready to move at the drop of a hat in any direction. The situation was bizarre, and he had no idea what to expect.
