I had a dream that I was in a comic book fighting a supervillain named "Evil Superman". Who looked like a Final Fantasy character in drag. He was in prison, and all the other villains were laughing about how he's never escape prison or defeat superman. He escaped from prison and trapped Lois Lane in his jail cell.

I was chasing him and he found a fighter jet, so he got into the jet and then it transformed into a metal box. Covered in machine guns and rockets. I shot all my bullets at it but it was bulletproof. Then I unplugged the box and it stopped working.

I had a dream where I went to the dentist with a group home.  As in, I was one of the workers and me and another of the staff brought a group of them to the dentist.  For whatever reason, all of them disappeared when we got there and it was the most boring dream ever.  I was actually bored in my dream.  The 'dentist' was a corporate office with those nasty little dividers intersecting all the areas.  It had a waiting room, but for instance I was able to sneak behind one or two dividers from the waiting room; not that that was any more fun than waiting.

Finally, a group of kids come out. The staff says ' now its time to go the the city and see the other dentist?  Okay.  After a brief car montage we arrive in the inner city, with playgrounds on hills and general poverty around us.  The dentist was much quicker this time, and on the way back to the van we had to go through a relatively suburban  'project'.  Imagine a block with several apartment complexes that all sport healthy lawns.

I heard singing in one, and took the chance to go inside one.  There were a group of black parishioners all singing some indescribable song, with a white pastor in front.  The parishioners would walk up, one at a time, make the sign of the cross, and eat the sacrament.  Then they would pull a lever and put money into a cup that appeared.  After this, the pastor would dump a glass on their head.  The liquid inside started the color of clear wine (which is opal-ish) and progressed to a deep blue just before striking the parishioners.  As it left their bodies it acquires a vibrant light reddish tint.

I stood there watching a few times, and eventually the pastor called me forth.  The crowd parts (still the entrance hall of the apartment complex) and I hesitantly go forward.  He demands I take the catholic vow and engage with him.  I try to go back outside, but cannot move.  He calls me forward and I unwillingly perform the motions up unto the sacrament.  By this time he is explaining how as a catholic this is the way, and my money will serve god's purpose.  I start mentally screaming that this wasn't catholicism; maybe some heretical offshoot, but this was not catholicism.  It had the taste of southern worship to it, and before I could either get away or give my money to the pastor I heard a bust crash and break and woke up.

Had a dream where a door-to-door salesman was selling magic sticky notes that generated the food you were craving if you stuck them to an analog clock and rotated it's hour left or right, left for uncooked/ingredients, right for already prepared.

For some reason it gave me a Magic Singing Dancing Unicorn Pickle Earmuff when I rotated it to the left.
(don't ask what song it sang, UGH)

I had this recurring dream where I couldn't move and I was in my front lawn. I could only move my hips and my head so I looked back at my house and saw someone peering outside and they quickly walked away. Then, soon after, one dog came running down the hill toward me. I wanted to run for some reason but couldn't. Once the dog got to me, it mauled me..... I love dogs but seriously brain.

I was writing offensive jokes on pieces of card/paper, placing them in balloons, and then inflating the balloons with helium.
Then I'd walk around the city I was in, releasing them here-and-there so that when they got high in the sky and popped, the joke would fall back down and be read by people. I'm not really sure what I hoped to achieve by doing this, but I remember being paranoid that the cops were onto me afterwards, as I quickly walked back home, wherever "home" was. :P

I had the same dream I had once two years ago.

I don't remember details anymore, but it included saving a democratic mecha nation from imperial mecha nation by the ways of constructing a tiny helicopter nuclear bomb with help of cute engineer girl. That's while a liquid Terminator of sorts was chasing us across this ruined concrete apartment building, but as we sent the bomb flying toward Imperial army, so did Terminator fly after it.

Then I woke up. From previous occurence of this dream I also remember flying on giant Imperial warship and then climbing on a crashed mecha in a canyon.

Why my dreams cannot be consistent...

I figure I might as well share one of my old dreams after lurking on here so much:

I dreamed that I worked as a "Peacekeeper", which means that I am an armored, burly warrior whose job is to subdue and keep most of the town's population on drugs to keep them from becoming violent. Me and my squadmates were called in to handle a very "Uncool situation, maaaaaaaan. Stop her and give her more kush, duuuuude. Duuuuuuude I can hear my daisy growing. *click*" to quote the Sheriff.

Apparently a very angry grandma is causing a commotion in the street because her rage is so extreme that even the standard dosage cannot keep her down. We drove to her and shot a dozen more syringe at her, which did nothing. Pissed off, she hurled a car and nearly killed us. We then decided to tackle and restrain her and escort her back to her house, with her cursing up a storm throughout the ordeal. She hobbled angrily into the tall grasses that surround her house. I tried to follow her to make sure she is not up to something, but I am overcome by a sense of dread as I stepped on the grasses. A squadmate found this funny and thought I was just being cowardly, so he tried to step in and also got scared.

Dream last night was a clusterfuck of lucid states. Fade from black into a third person situation. I'm in a long hallway in a  castle, and there is eerie, theramin and piano fusion music playing. I recognize it from a video game, but I don't remember which one. It's a "haunted" theme. There are unending doors in this hallway, so I pick one, and it leads right back into the hallway. I pick another with the same result. So, I just start plowing through doors, when I'm suddenly attacked by a giant ghost. 50 feet tall, and my hands are useless. It slaps me across the hallway into a bedroom with a king sized bed and a mirror. I use the mirror to transform myself, and lucidly take over, turning myself into a Ghostbuster. Suddenly, the metal cover of the Ghostbusters theme begins playing, and after a drawn out battle of cat and mouse, I trap the ghost. Transform back into me, but not lucidly. Back to the hallway. I'm attacked by a werewolf, which I fend off with my bare hands and no lucidity. A horde of zombies appears alongside Dracula! Metal Castlevania remix begins playing, and I have the vampire killer. Dream ends.

I haven't even been playing that many video games, I swear.

So, the last dream I ever had, I was six. I was in a marsh near a forest, and I got eaten by a python. People were searching for me, but then the python I was inside was on an operating table for some reason? I don't really remember it, but I have never had a dream after that day.

You haven't remembered a single one after that? Odd. Have you had any nightmares?

I had a great dream last night. I mean, it doesn't sound all that good, but an accompanying feeling of happiness made it feel much nicer. I was a wanderer, a farmer let me use his goat-tunnel through his mountain, someone wished to join my travels and tagged along, and then there was a bit more. But through all was the sense that I could go anywhere, I was free, and that adventure was awaiting me.

It was a nice dream.

I had a dream where I was ascending a tall tower. When I finally reached the top of the tower I went through a door onto a balcony that was crumbling apart but stable. I looked up and saw the night sky but almost no stars were out and the moon was nearly nonexistent.

Below me, surrounding the tower on all sides, was something I hope to never see again. It was a dark ocean, nearly pure black, swarming with the one thing I dread the most in the world, sharks.

I don't remember how but I fell from the balcony into the ocean. For a few moments it was pure peace. But I knew how this dream would end, so I panic and scream. My cries for help would not go unheeded, to my dismay my panic attracts the attention of the one monster I fear worse than anything else.

A Great White, the iconic shark, darts towards me then slowly circles me. I can't even attempt to move, my own mind has betrayed me by paralyzing my body. The shark slowly closes in inching its' way closer and closer. Then when it is less than a few feet away it strikes.

It's large maw crushes my torso, releasing blood that only serves to make the beast go berserk. It shakes my body to and fro, tearing my entire body apart while could only stare in horror. Then it releases me, it lets me sink a little into the never ending depth of the ocean. As I stare upwards through the murky depths, the night sky I was looking at before slowly becomes obscured by my blood and the enveloping darkness. Then in a haste the sky vanishes, the shark is darting towards me, it's jaws open ready to crush what's left of me.

As it's fangs sink into my throat, I wake.

My dreams tend to involve me dying in some way.  Usually in some sort of horrifying manner.

Is it bad that sometimes I wish one of them would come true?

I had a dream that Hitler was chasing me. It was terrifying.
It was inevitable.
