[Roll: 4+1 (Artistry)] You assign your PAINTBRUSH AND EASEL to your STRIFE SPECIBUS as a BRUSHKIND weapon. After doing that, you ARTIST CHARGE towards the door in your room an attempt to force it open! However, you hit your head on the door and fall flat on your buttocks. Man.

SKILL UNLOCKED: ARTISTRY!

Jack: ACQUIRE DISK. Then go back inside because sunburns.

You carefully retrieve the intact disc/paper storage container from the mailbox. Afterwards you head back inside, nodding like a coolkid to the sheep, pigs and horses in your outdoor stables. Only the horses nod back. They're cool like that.

Back inside the farmhouse living room, you see your cat MITTENS curled up on top of your RAD COMPUTER DESK. The farm machinery is still making an awful sound, but it's died down a little.

You hear a tippity-tapping in the kitchen nearby. Your FATHER must be making something in there. Better not disturb him!

You attempt shoo MITTENS off your computer but she growls at you. For some reason, MITTENS is scarier than five bulldogs combine. She ain't moving.

As soon as you slide the disc into your COMPUTER, the screen turns black and green text appears on it.



This looks like it's going to take a while. Maybe you should pester someone or feed the pigs or something in the meantime.

You recover, take a few steps back and CHARGE towards the door! [Roll: 20+1 (Artistry) CRITICAL SUCCESS!] The door comes bashing down under your weight, and your ARTISTRY skill goes up by one point! WHOO!



The long upper hallway leading to your room is revealed. You feel an intimidating presence around you... somewhere. What will you do?
