Maybe he looks like a Goomba with glasses?

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Didn't get a picture of it, but after i made a few "fun" mistakes (flooded the top layer of my fort in magma), and everything looked dead (and units list confirmed most of them were), there was two vault citizens left, swimming in the 6/7 lava. Instead of burning to death (as i thought) they remained alive for several months, swimming in the magma still, and died from starvation some time later (they had nothing wrong with them according to their screens, and the health screen, no burns or anything, and they weren't close enough for them to kill each other when they lost it). Unfortunately DF crashed shortly after  :'( (hence the no picture)

I was wrestling somebody who's not waking up;
Randomly I ended up with this configuration.
Right upper arm grabs upperbody
lower arm grabs left fin
left upper grabs head
left lower grabs tail

Seems like forced twister to me.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Alrighty I got one for ya.

Here's the setup:

Bad ass motha dwarves, thats what I'm talkin about.
Used to be, I couldn't figure out how to train or equip dwarves... The hilarity of facing an ambush with them.... Watching 8 recruits run up to a group of four goblins, when suddenly 16 dwarf hands go flinging in every direction was a test of patience.

I finally trained the armorsmith well enough that he turns out masterworks, so the first two axe squads are now in full masterwork and exceptional steel armor.  The dwarven caravan arrived, so I ordered the squads to escort them up.

BAM SIEGE

The human caravan was butchered just last season, and by golly, we are inundated with socks, so we gotta get the caravan through.  Rather than close the drawbridge and funnel the siege in through the back door, I decided to STAND AND FIGHT.

It was GLORIOUS.  4 dwarves saw off the entire siege right at the gate.  Squad after squad goes in and the appendages just litter the ground.  The caravan did rout, but this was certainly suitable revenge for those poor handless dwarves I mentioned earlier.

So the scene I suggest:  4 dwarves facing off an army outside the gate, trying to make a path for caravan... Just because the parents of the fort are trying to savethechildren from drowning in an ever growing pool of worn out socks and trousers... Mommy, will the caravan take the socks away? Pray to armok they get through, urist, all we can do is hope..

Assume those are tatters of worn cloth
because I'm not drawing you a Where's Waldo xX+Sock+Xx book
Over in the Dawn of Time Challenge thread during my turn:

The spinning water laced with bogeyman blood strikes the bogeyman in the upper body, jamming the ribs through the lung yatta yatta yatta.
The water laced with bogeyman blood has lodged firmly in the wound!
The bogeyman pulls out and drops the water laced with bogeyman blood.
The bogeyman has bled to death.

I like to think the bogeyman tried to pull the water out but instead pulled his lung out.

(Yes please this is a request! :E)

QUICK STICK THE CORK BACK IN
also dwarf me as an engraver in your game
ha ha ha I have absolute minor request power now
I like to think the bogeyman tried to pull the water out but instead pulled his lung out.

If cause of death was bleeding out, he must have missed and pulled out his heart O_o

Here is my request - it is fairly straightforward:

Spoiler: Battle Report (click to show/hide)

I guess the severed part which sailed off in an arc was... the rest of the body? Hm.

my dog decided it was now a hunting dog and ran off from about 3 z levels for this:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Don't ask why so many of my posts have badgers in them, and sorry about the dog. I was just utterly confused at how this dog reached the surface to attack these badgers who weren't even enraged :/

Also, literally just happened about 5 minutes after checking this thread:
Quote

I believe that is what is on my fortress floor :P
This is a newish fort, so you arn't "legendary" yet in it, don't worry, you're working on it :P

So these Gray Langurs (all 8) stole some stuff from my fortress. And came back. But there was a dwarven caravan from my civilization... and...

That's for stealing my plump helmets... (they killed all 8. One of them became a bucket artiface.)

Was just mopping up the last of a seige and decided to check the reports.  Found this one and after reading it was thinking "stop playing with the poor Giant Olm already"

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Admittedly there were two Axe Lord's in the fight as well as two Giant Olms along with two goblins and the militia captain.  I think the report is from the last Giant Olm, the last one standing also.

"I heard that if you surprise a Giant Olm and grab it by the tail, the tail will fall off!"
"Would that work with the rest of its limbs?"
"Uh..."

*giggle* that looks right.  Ironically the other Giant Olm did get surprised, lost it's head to the first attack, the two goblins had nearly the same thing happen (though I think one got something chopped off before its head).  They were definitely playing with the poor thing.

Someone, get the bug zapper! What do you mean that won't work on a bug the size of a house which glows? No, I don't want to hear it. Just get the damn zapper.

Aw shit mang, 10/10 MS Paint art right there.
Surprising that she survived the whole deal, by the time she got in all they did was stitch up her liver and send her on her way, with the melted upper and lower body and all. She's now a military dorf, armed with two shields, because obviously her hands were made to pummel.

Was doing a quest in Adventurer mode the other day, so I went in the Dungeons for the first time. I started looking around in chests and bags and stuff, and I found a shitton of low boots. Like, a lot of low boots. Like "Oh my god that's a lot of low boots."

Suggested scenes: Why cant I hold all these -low boots-? or -Low Boots-. -Low Boots- Everywhere.

Also, while I was in there killing the Quest Target, I got injured, and was unable to stand. This, however, did not stop me from decapitating him by throwing a bag of low boots at him.

Feel free to draw these as one or two pics. Your thread.

So I embarked so that I had two islands separated by ocean. My starting caravan arrives on one island. First migrants arrive on the other.

Welp.

That's freakin' awesome. Now you just need to dig an undersea tunnel before the migrants die of starvation/wild goombas.

I'm building a bridge to connect the two islands - a toll bridge :D Adventurers will throw a coin or something at a chained (wait, does stuff stay chained after abandonment?) elf, hitting a pressure plate, opening the gate. As soon as they step on the bridge, another pressure plate activates a floodgate to push the coin off the plate and bother the elf.

Interestingly enough, the caravan is on the "continent" side, yet the migrants are on the "unpopulated island" side. Maybe Kubuk McMiner Cancels Three-Hour Tour: Interrupted by Storm.

The real solutions is to build a swimming hole for them to train in, until they can swim to the fortress side.  Hope its a good ocean.

Also want to take this opertunity to say I wish dorfs could freeze to death from exposure.

It's a Goomba, within a person, within a Goomba.  Being tormented by adventurers.

This is more mind-bending than Inception!!!
