I guess Leaf killed Book, because I MUPed UI which has an equal chance to inspect, protect, kill, or do nothing.  (I assume) it rolled Kill, but I picked the wrong target.

A combination of wickedly poor play from Town and cautious play by Leafsnail.

I'd say Urist probably lost it for everyone by exterminating Tiruin before letting him claim, which would've shown Leafsnail as having missing actions.

Bookthras was killed from a delayed kill from Leafsnail.
Urist Imiknorris was killed by Toaster MUPing him. Ironically, this was his hope.
Toaster couldn't hide the last Night or MUP, as Bookthras had disabled him.
