This might have been asked earlier in the thread, but how do you plan to combine the randomness of the world with the rewards you give to backers? I, for one, am not interested in seeing other people in my random games.

I think what I'm going to do is simply include options within the game itself for this kind of stuff. Backers will have a 'Force Civ/Character Generation' option, in which they will be able to input a code that will force the world generator to insert their character/civ into the generation process. Non-backers will be able to turn the self-inserts off at their behest through the options menu, if they so choose, by just ticking a box (though I think I'll leave it unticked by default, as a courtesy to backers).

I'm over the moon that this has been fully funded via Kickstarter.

I backed the project (admittedly a small donation, but more to come I promise!) prior to the Kickstarter as it looked/looks like one of the most ambitious projects I've seen in a long time - and a hugely fun one at that. The ideas behind the project make up a game that I had dreampt about long before I stumbled across Cult.

Here's to further funding and the creation of a superb game!

Is it just me or none of the rewards states that you will get a full game?
Fief game tried to do something like that, but was forgotten in the process. New ADOM is going to be similiar. DF adventure mode doesn't let you to build fortress .
