This clown, to them, IS a god, and you have essentially sworn an undying vendetta against their whole way of life. Question for future updates: will/should you be able to prove that a ruler is a disguised clown/vampire? Will social skills (Liar) play a part in this? I think the new update involving sites changing hands is interesting. Will disguised rulers have their own hidden civs with unique alliances/motivations/holdings? Currently, yes, there are false gods on the thrones of men.
