(yeah it's more that your coming closer to her she assumes your working with him was going to do that action regardless unless you managed to calm her down dodge attack was an afterthought that i put down without thinking but we could do a roll to see if she notices your mouth going uptowards  her leg then? Ps your charcter bio on wiki says your shorter then her correct? I mean the floor of the ship)

((when she was human and bipedal she was shorter. now she's shorter still, having not gotten any bigger in total size and switched to four legs instead of two.

Root hurriedly shoots of some more messages while sitting on the edge of his open stasis pod:

Do we have an order of command? Given what the boss seemed to be saying, we have to decide on one ourselves. Who are the highest-ranking or most experienced people on this mission? Ah wait I can find that out myself, computer delete this message don't sen-

If I understand correctly, we don't yet have an order of command, a plan, or any of that. We're supposed to self-organize, so in interest of that, here are some of my thoughts, take 'em or leave 'em.

As I see it, we have a few tasks to fulfill:
- Set up containment systems, contingency plans
- Probe into the affected zone, for data and samples
- Plan/coordinate/gather knowledge

Now, as far as I know there is no convenient database listing all of our skills, so I'll have to ask:
1. Do we have any engineers, or technicians, people who could lead containment operations?
2. Who has experience with probing/recon operations?
3. Who has experience doing planning and coordination work?

I, for example, would probably fit in 1 or 3.

I don't know how big each of those teams would have to be, 3 doesn't really have to be a self-contained team either, as long as we have a few people on the other teams who make sure important information gets sent to who needs it, and a few people, probably the same, who are wiling to take responsibility for decisions. For the record, I am.

If anyone has a problem with this plan for organizing ourselves, you can say so. If not, it would be appreciated if everyone could sign off to tell us what teams they'd be willing and able to lead (we can have multiple, this is only the first step in organizing ourselves), or what teams they think they would be useful on.

Actually, ignore team 3 for now. It would probably consist of the leads of the other teams, while anybody else can provide ideas or help plan.

So, for starters, I could probably be a lead for team 1. I wouldn't want to be the only one, though. I definitely can't be on team 2, don't have the constitution for it.
