((Well, as usual, ~~"we'll ride with it for now and look where it takes us and what problems it might have in the future" - per Piecewise's statement on the matter. Though so far as a fix to the problems the system had, it has mostly satisfied anyone looking for such fix, so for the moment it seems fairly final.
