Ok, but a ship trying to escape a missile would still have solid chances of doing the same.

At the moment, we are lucky because the Conglomerate ship is maneuvered by an idiot.
But yeah, I think I'm going to double all speeds and such. Going to do it semiretrocactively. (Ie double speeds, but don't adjust the travelled distances).

About the conglomerate ship. It may help to know that he thinks the ship is taken by a set of underarmed pirates, and that he gets quite a nice bonus for capturing it intact.

Also if you have suggestions for items you would like to find in the black market or sectors you want to visit, go ahead and tell me.

I am currently trying to devise a way of capturing the enemy ship almost intact.

I am wondering whether we'll kill everyone on board or not. May my crew cast their votes?

You don't need to ask me that.

I'm not asking you, I am asking for the crew to cast their votes here.  :P

Hold them for prisoner/information.

what they think

Don't tell us this directly, subtly push it in through in-game action so we can realize it.  :P

((Ninjas everywhere, I swear...))

What should be edited out? I do not understand what is going on, it seems.

Um Tiruin. You are currently in an empty swath of space, several lightyears away from the closest star.  There used to be 2 points of interest, the beacon and the refueling station, and now you blew that one up

UH...GM. All the missiles will hit the Corvette in the next turn, right? The second batch would need one more turn, but the CIC is moving at full speed straight towards them.

Yup, they'd kinda fly into them. However, movement is done after all other actions, so they still have a chance to blast away at them and launch their fighters.

Grrr, I wanted those bombers in one piece.
And what made you think you'd get them in one piece when you'll decide to blow up the ship they're docked to. (Wherether it blows up or not kinda depends on the PD turrets though).
FYI: Incoming interceptible hits go like this:
Shields
PD gets a chance to fire
Armor
Structural damage.

If the shields go down and the cracker gets in, their hull is in grave danger. I won't say they'll be destroyed right off the bat, but the "Cracker" has a good hull damage + 100% piercing.

Also, can my missiles damage their PD? Or will they only hit "clean" parts of the hull?
