If the shields go down and the cracker gets in, their hull is in grave danger. I won't say they'll be destroyed right off the bat, but the "Cracker" has a good hull damage + 100% piercing.

Also, can my missiles damage their PD? Or will they only hit "clean" parts of the hull?
Depends, possibly. They have to be kinda unlucky though.  You can set them to aim at certain parts though.(Though a bad roll might let your missile go spinning out of control).
Also note that if the shield falls under the combined power of your missiles all missiles do their hull damage. If it doesn't the hull is safe.

Working on internal damage now. Suggestion are fine.

Internal damage:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

What do you think of it? In addition to the above list the part might also suffer from crew death and (partial) vacuumization.

Edit: Now doing Ironyowls dynamic solar system generator: Though choices await. Do I really need a system that can support different types of planet cores ?

Spoiler: Start here (click to show/hide)
Seems good right: Only a 25% chance of jumping into an immediatly lifethreathening situation. There are supposed to be follow up thingies to, but I do those later.

I guess you should make the life-threathening situation rarer or it would make no sense at all even for space colonization to have occurred, unless we are basically in a extremely dangerous system.

These are the rolls for just imputting random coordinates into the jumpdrive. Besides not all things are really lifethreatning. Jumping into a supernova isn't always dangerous( If it's in the actively exploding stage , it is). And a neutron star isn't that dangerous either.

Most of space exploration occured through the use of the active beacons, which are more or less safe.

Hypothetically could a ship fire into an existing wound?

Will the captain of the enemy ship at least consider capitulating if Raelin does it right?

Great. Any chance of them repairing it so I can communicate with them? Not in the mood to take those bombers down.

Rolling tomorrow wherether I get dwarmins action or not. (I know you can't do much, but you could decide to spar with one of the crewmembers for example. Or give them instructions.)

Yeah, that was kinda a bad coincidence. First failing to hit the bridge, then hitting the jumpdrive, then near critting your internal damage roll, and then the enemy rolling a 2 on their not blowing to bits roll( Which is btw a d100).

Still you can probably salvage things from the wreckage.
