Will they be streaming the footage of docking at the ISS?

Also, I'd love to stay up and party, but I have finals in about 9 hours :P

Almost certainly; though there probably won't be anything interesting for another day or so at least. It will be a few days before they are able to dock with the ISS, with orbital maneuvers in there at some point before it happens.

Also, put a few screen captures in the OP for those who missed it. :)

Found a full video of the launch on youtube already. Added link to OP; now everyone can watch!

What I'm wondering is whether the camera video will be constant this time; previous launches had the camera cut out when it was over the horizon from the launch pad. Dunno whether they arranged for receivers elsewhere this time or not. Usually they cut out at around 9-10 minutes or so.
Probably ninjaed (just got back from appointment[1]) but the pre-launch presentation said there were two base-stations capable of conveying video coverage, the furthest being somewhere on the New Hampshire coast, IIRC?  But, anyway, 'over the horizon' would be as it left the Americas altogether.

I'm still using future tense for that, because I've just resumed the 'paused live feed' and I'm now watching at T+00:05:50.  For all know, it's now blown up or something, but it's looking good (insofar as the predicted glowing bell can show that)...  Now, if only the delayed live feed had something like a 1.5x speed 'catch up to live playback' facility... ;)

[1] And while out, heard a mention of this on the 9AM news, as well, all of a single sentence.

Re: SpaceX to the ISS; IN SPESS! Launch vid in OP.

I kept half an ear on the NASA TV coverage of the Dragon fly-by of the ISS while at work this morning, which was fun.  It was really cool to see the little dot that was Dragon as it came into range of the ISS's cameras.  (Video here: http://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/videogallery/index.html?collection_id=80591&media_id=144472261)

The fly-by went smoothly, so everything should be on track for the berthing tomorrow (yaaaaay!).  Dragon is now way out in front of the ISS, and has climbed to a higher orbit so it can fall back and then approach the station from behind and below again tomorrow.  Coverage on NASA TV is supposed to start at 2 AM EDT (8 AM central European time), but [EDIT] the approach will take hours.  They're expecting now that Dragon will get close enough to be captured by the ISS's robotic arm just before 8 AM EDT, and will actually be captured some minutes later (I heard 8:07 AM).

Dragon is now way out in front of the ISS, and has climbed to a higher orbit so it can fall back and then approach the station from out of the sun! Dakka-dakka-dakka-dakka... KA-BOOM!
FTFY. ;)

Anyway, that video (which I'd watched earlier) could be considered either a total non-event or awesome, depending on what you know about the situation.  Very similar to the "pale blue dot" photo from Voyager, in some ways.  (But the images up to and including the 'grab' itself are probably going to be a bit more iconic, I feel.  Oooh, the anticipation...)

Webcast of the berthing starts in 30 minutes, at 7:30 AM EST.

No, still going on; check out the NASA feed; the SpaceX one is kinda... odd. The dragon is currently approaching the ISS.

Hmm... I think someone at SpaceX is just messing with us; the time on their home page saying when it will start said '7:30' then '7:45' then '7:30' and now '8:45.' In any case, the NASA TV one I linked to is up, if not entirely exciting.
